There's a major bug with generating CSS stylesheets and support says it's server error. I have made a lot of websites on this server and this never happened with other themes. Also, I have tested this theme on 3 different servers and it persists. It's a pitty because the theme itself is great.

Hi lilak, the last time you contacted us is December. Since that time there were lots of updates including fixes for css generation. https://vavenue.lifeis.design/changelog/ Please update theme to the latest version.
I don't recommend to use this theme since is poor in documentation, quality, speed and optimization of the code.
There are better themes out there for the same amount of money.

Documentation is available online and link to it is the first thing that you see on theme description page. So you can see it before purchase. You can also learn about theme features and options from documentation before purchase...
Ou theme has AA performance score so I don't understand why you decide that it is not optimized. Could you specify what exactly is not optimized?
I can't say that this is the best theme in the world but I know all top selling themes and hundreds of other and can say for sure that this theme has more features than 99% of other themes. Also the reason of purchase of specific theme should be not simply because it is better than other. It should fit your needs. You don't buy hat when you need shoes don't you?
Absolutely gorgeous theme, the developer has been helpful and even logged into my site to assist. I trust over time he will update and make it even more spectacular.
