We are sorry to hear that you've got this impression. Usually demo import issues are related to weak resources and you can see our recommendations regarding those in this article - Recommended PHP Versions And Resources And How To Set Them.
Also, if you are perhaps using some cache plugin, please deactivate it. It's recommended that the cache plugin stays deactivated during demo import and while the site is still in the development stage.

On the off chance that you’ve waited for a while and the demo import didn’t finish properly, you can try importing via XML import.

Please understand that our average response time is around 24 hours on weekdays and that our support agents are trying their best to answer all of our users in this timeframe.

If you are somehow having an issue with the demo import we would kindly ask you to check your resources
as well as you can always try to import our demo content with our XML file.

We're sorry for the bad experience you had.

We located all your support requests in our forum and established that you actually received response for all of them.

When it comes to demo import, this is the only way we developed so far. We didn't include a possibility to import one page at the time, which is also noted in our official import guide - https://edge.ticksy.com/article/12617/

When it comes to website speed, this is rather website-related problem, it hardly has anything to do with the theme, since the scripts that are loading are minified and the PHP code is written by the latest WordPress standards, so the problem must be with your media files (usually too large) or PHP version on your server.
