Please be assured the theme does not have any messages regarding expiration so this is not coming from the theme.
Also please note you only opened a support ticket 8 hours ago, as stated support tickets are answered within 24 hours Monday to Friday.

The customer support team replied to me super fast! I had some minor changes and they were very helpful. I recommend this theme!
It's been more than 15 Months and I keep getting email notifications regarding the updates about the Aardvark theme. Awesome Support keep going.
I would definitely recommend Aardvark theme to anyone who want's to build a community on their website. I am a gym owner and users really enjoy using our website for buying gym membership and making reservations for classes.
The thing that I appreciate the most about this theme is customer support. GhostPool was able to quickly resolve some issues on my website that weren't even theme related and I thank him for that.
Easy to install and setup worth ever penny!
Design quality is excellent as is documentation quality and other aspects. So far, it's working out very well for me.
Unfortunately I just wasted my money on this theme as it cannot be installed. I downloaded the installation file twice and it yields an error each time I try to install it. Very frustrating!

Hi there,
I've only just noticed this review. I did address your support ticket on this issue immediately 3 months ago so I can find the cause of the issue but you never replied. Most likely it was a server issue or you were uploading the wrong zip file. Both things could have easily be resolved - I could have even installed the theme for you. The theme definitely installs without errors otherwise every customer would be reporting the same issue. :)
Great Theme. They have the best support that I have encounter. Whenever I had an issue that I can't figure out by myself, I have raised a ticket and I got a quick response and the best solution. Highly recommended.
