In fact, this filter module is from Shopify, and of course, he want to customize it more, he has to buy it, then we can customize more according to his requirements, you know?
Because we did not give him the quotation that include the price of module and customized fee.
He blamed it for us, ok, we try to explain about his request not include module.
Even, he bought this theme on element, and we also answer his questions about it while we has no responsible for it. We still do it, still answer!
And when he did not regcognize that, he try to get refund. We did accept it, and hope him never use this our theme for any his project. And hope he respect us!

I had bought this same theme from Envato. Issues arose, and when i contacted you here. You specifically told me for you to customize the issues I had, I would have to buy the theme from you here on themeforest.
I did buy the theme, and I raised same issue in the ticket. Only for you to send me a mail that you would not be able to customize.
I think for transparency and integrity of your business, Kindly go ahead and fix the issue as promised, or ensure i get a full refund on the money paid for the theme.
If you had told me to pay for customization in place of buying the theme, I would have made that payment. Rather for you to tell me to pay for them, and also pay for the service of customization.
This is not acceptable.
