Our support team replied your support message with css code, please check your support ticket.

The ‘required’ plugins which are meant to be ‘included’ are not working – this is extremely frustrating. If they are required for the theme, then the theme is no use without them – I would encourage you to think about purchasing this theme right now – as it doesn’t work properly without the supposedly included plugins?!
Not sure what you tried to mean, but if you download “All files and documentation” from the themeforest, you will find a folder name “plugins”.. all recommended plugins are provided there. Also when you install the theme, theme will ask to install plugins. This is straight forward, one click and simple unless there is problem with your host to install plugins/file permission issues etc.

Yes, Video background “call to action” option available as you see on theme demo and you can add/embed vimeo or any contents in portfolio single post where contents are written.
