Small forum, instant message support pretty fast though
two days in and this theme will not install due to an error on one of the theme pages, it crashes wordpress and you have to reinstall wordpress , no support from two days from purchase....!!! absolute crap !!

I'm sorry for the late response but your issue haven't passed 24h yet! However, Its issue with your server PHP version. You need to update PHP to at least 5.6.

The pass code to activate visual composer and Rev slider dont work... i send mail to xpert but never back the answer

Hello,
Due to the product license requirements, we can't distribute our license code with the theme. You can use Visual Composer or Rev slider without activating them and its perfectly ok to use.

Nice looking theme, horrible support. Had a chat with online support, very hard to understand them.
Theme still has loads of flaws.
