The look and functions in the demo are excellent, but it's extremely difficult to customize. It requires A LOT of extensive coding and there is no live preview for the edits. There are hundreds of customizing features per page and it gets overwhelming. There are too many plugins required and it is a high-maintenance theme. There is no live drag & drop feature to edit. The documentation and instructions are from 2019 so everything just seems really outdated. It's an excellent theme on the surface but it would be better as an Elementor theme. It's a hard pass for me.

The theme in mind is a WPBakery theme and the native demo import comes with this plugin. It is not Elementor supported nor is it stated that it is.

After a long wait and discussion with the help desk, I finally had help from the developers to solve my problem.
The theme is good, it has good functionalities, but I suggest you evaluate your LMS system, it is extremely basic compared to others on the market that have functionalities for interaction and course management between instructors and students, even in the free version.
You should also have a team of developers ready to help the help desk, to avoid your customers waiting 20 days for a problem to be resolved.
The price you are demanding for your theme is not adequate for what it offers.
One of the worst theme I ever use.

Please note that the first Main color won't affect every element. Some elements (like header, footer, fonts, buttons, etc.) have their individual color settings for customizability reasons.

They helped me quickly with every question I had
Buen diseño, aunque muchos textos no están traducidos sería ideal tener estas traducciones o que nos las facilitaran para una mejor adaptación al español.
Cumple su función aunque el orden y nombres que da a las pestañas de cada curso son un poco incorrectas y es complicado una vez pagado el curso encontrar la forma de acceder a el, incluso desde el backoffice de cada cliente el botón para ir a cada curso comprado es bastante pequeño.
Hay mejoras que se podrían hacer para ser un tema de 5/5

Sorry to hear this however we do think our theme does have many features.
Commercial themes on Theme Forest often offer the framework of their own option, and they offer a lot of options, functionalities, and custom elements, and the learning curve can be steep sometimes, especially when you are facing some new theme for the first time. Knowing all that you have to understand that you actually need to experiments with these options and learn some of the, and the best practice for that is to actually import theme demo content.
Also, we actually do think that we do have our theme covered well with our theme documentation and our help center knowledge base with many great articles that might help on the way.
Important part you should know is that you can always count on our support team for help and guidance. At the moment we could not locate any requests from your Envato username and we would appreciate it if you need assistance with any theme related issue to contact our support team which will be more than willing to help.

That's just what I needed. Very nice expanded theme with many features!
Great support, have to say that upfront.
Theme looks nice but it is not as easy to customize as I am used to from other themes. The documentation is very basic and I didn't find a lot of help there.
What I also miss is a public ticket system. I have written quite a few requests to the support team of which I am sure other users hat as well. I would find it useful to be able to see the tickets from other users as well, in order to perhaps save myself & the support team some time.
All in all I made it work now but I would not buy it again.

It is a documentation of all our theme features and the possibilities you do have with it, as well as we do have our helpcenter knowledge base with many great article that are covering general issues our users do encounter. Another important thing to know is that our support team is always eager to help with any difficulties you do encounter with the theme.

Very nice looking theme. All basic features available. Very easy to implement. Perfect for basical applications.
Not very much customizable.
Definitelly built by someone how has never sold nor organized an online school, because it laks in a lot of little details that make life difficult.
So if you are looking for an easy, basical website, that's perfect. I won't recommend it for more complex applications

If you at any point need help and guidance for whatever you refer to when you say "Little details" you should know that our support team is always their and can provide you with suggestions or guidance on the usage and performance of the theme that might help you.
This Wordpress theme does cover the most features that all school theme has, and if you do have specific needs that is not supported by our theme you could always try to implement them with some 3rd party plugin for example.

This is a really clean theme and it works as it should but it will KILL your page speed. There is soo much CSS and javascript that need to load. I am needing to find a new theme now to support this issue. I would recommend other options. but if you dont care about speed, this is a good theme
