I see that the “pricing table” shortcode doesn’t work anymore. When you select 3 tables, there is only 1 displaying. How to solve this ? Thx, Stijn

Hi! I’m interested on this template but before purchasing I was wondering if you can solve me a couple of doubts:
-Can I upload images on portfolio section on portrait mode rather than landscape? The stacking mode as a mosaic works in portrait mode too?
- Can I create individual pages to put info that will not appear on the main page?

Hello long time user of this theme – however, we can no longer edit columns – it means we have a website that is stuck with no edits possible! We can add a column but cannot edit a column / content. Please help.

As for reported by you issue we don’t face the same one when using a latest theme version and latest WordPress core together, that means whether you did smth. wrong with theme upgrade or the customisations you possibly applied were containing incompatibility issues. Hi – love the Accio theme and have been on it for years. Installed the latest update (Nov 21 2020) and am getting an error – “Fatal error: Class ‘TMM_HelperFonts’ not found in (my server path)/header.php on line 10” Anyone else getting this? I didn’t see the forums were active, so thought I’d leave it as a comment.

Hi, I am interested to get this theme and have a few questions to ask:
1. Is it possible to have an autoplayed video at the header?
2. Can there be preview of Instagram posts at the end (near the rest of the social media widgets)?
3. Does it support Google fonts?

2. there is no such widget in our package at the moment, but I’m sure you can find a plugin, that you could use there.

1. There is no such an option integrated within this theme, but you can slightly edit the styles when using a child theme.
2. that’s already implemented, please check the demo. When opening an image in a Lightbox, the caption in at the top center position of the screen.

It is very sad that I am in strong willingness to get the theme purchased, but I am not receiving any help.
The story goes like this: I want to purchase the Accio theme again which I had purchased a long time ago. Now, I want to repurchase the same theme just to make sure the WPML support is included into the new theme which is my primary requirement. If I don’t receive assurance then I couldn’t proceed with the purchase as it would be wastage of time and money for me. Hope you understand my concern and help me out to contact the author very soon.

Thanks for reaching out. As I can see, there was no purchases from your profile for the current theme. So, most likely you purchased the other Accio wordpress theme from someone else.

Now, answering your question about WPML support. In the item description page it’s clearly stated, that Accio supports WPML plugin. So the answer in “YES”, it supports!

Previously the theme was purchased by my partner and the details of that account is not available, so we tried to contact Author from every possible manner. I am aware about the purchase year for this theme was 2014 lastly. So, now it is 2020 and I am sure there might be lots of updates done till date to the theme. for the version of 2014 it didn’t workout for the WPML since the support team of WPML also said that there is issue with the Accio theme itself.
So, now my question here is will the latest update 27 January 20 surely support WPML? if yes, is there any integration manual available to check the steps?
I really want to make sure that after purchasing the latest version shouldn’t face the same issue back else it will be all in vain.

I bought the theme but the LayerSlider WP doesnt come with lincense. Do I have to buy it?
Thanks for buying it! We’re not entitled to sell the LayerSlider licenses, if you need one, you could buy it separately from its owner. We purchased a developer’s license, which allows us using their ploduct in our items. That means you are not required to buy it until you need their support.

I want this theme to make a two language website, main website in English (This font UBUNTU) and the second language in Thai (This font KUNLASATRI)
Is it OK for the Thai language? because the alphabet is completely different And I can install and use these fonts?

As I mentioned before, the theme is WPML ready and you’re free to use any number and any language as far as the WPML support it.
Our theme supports an opportunity to use any font, that belongs to googlefonts family.
If you want to use different fonts per site language I’m not sure, but that could require some additional custom work because there is no such option in our theme.

Hello, I am interested in your theme and I would like to buy it. But I tested the demo and there is a beug so I wondered if there was the same in the site. The problem is the following, in I go in portfolio and in a project like for example him: “MERCADO NEGRO” and when I retract the window to test the responsive and in I grew again the window the site breaks.

1. Most likely you’ve been testing our demo with Envato iFrame which might cause such behavior.
2. For your information: even if you could reproduce such behavior without Envato iFrame, in real life site visitors don’t do so ))

I’m looking into buying the template but was wondering if the portfolio can be used for videos only? So all you see are clickable images of the videos. When clicked, is it possible to see the videos in a sort of lightbox (like the photos)? Or is this feature not supported?

Thank you for your interest in our theme. On the folio listing we display the folio featured images which is like a folio album cover but when you dive in to the folio single page you can have only videos there. The theme also has the video shortcode for displaying the videos and in combination with the layout constructor you can build the layout with video listing.
