I have emailed support multiple times about an issue with this theme integrating with the Sesami app on Shopify. I have not received any response from support.

Hey, it’s saying there is an error in the theme code when I went to use it on Shopify.
“It looks like there is an error in your theme.
Try assets/frame.scss.liquid in the template editor to fix the error below:
Issue detected: stylesheet took too long to compile. Update theme code to decrease compilation time. Contact your theme’s support team to fix this error.”
Was the theme I downloaded faulty or is this normal? Thanks for your time.

Please unpack the whole package after downloading it from Themeforest. On that extracted Accu-Pack-V1, You can find things like Documentation,Accu.zip , Log.txt and Readme.txt. You need to install the file “Accu.zip”.
