Hi. I didn’t know this theme has to use WP Bakery. I don’t even what this is, how to use it. It is not possible simply to use Elementor?? I also I didn’t like the flower rotation when you open the site in a cell phone. I need to remove that. It is very annoying.

1) Our theme supports both Elementor Plugin as well as WpBakery Page builder plugin. You can use Elementor Page builder in new pages, posts that you are going to use or create. We have built the theme only with WpBakery plugin.
The Elementor page builder works with only newly created pages and not with the dummy pages that are created using the “Import Option”. Only our default page builder will work with dummy pages created with Import Option.

I am on V2.7 and I am getting notified there is an update to V3.1.
However, when I install the new version it still list the current version as V2.7
Envato Market is telling me there is a new version but when I run the update there, I get notified I am already on the latest version.
This also happens with the plugin updates for the theme.

also I have found that I have imported the demo data twice. Made sure the .PHP recommendations are at least minimum. There is no error on importing, but when the site loads, most images are in low resolution ~2kb in size. Is there any way to fix this please?

Hi, we have the following Problem. Our client has a Website with your Theme. After not updating for over 2 Years know, I updated the whole site and bought the Theme new, to have your support. We updated from v1.3 to v3.0 Know they used the “toggle” from your theme. After the updates you can’t see the element in the contend anymore. If you change it, it will be deleted. I have been working on my website this week and have found other problems:
1.- Framework didn’t show properly: https://imgur.com/am1NL9z It happens sometimes when I reinstall the theme and plugin. Is there any way to avoid this? What can I do to repair it? I need to know the process in order to fix it by myself in the future.
2.- Everything in Buddypress and BBpress works fine except these 2 pages:

The elementor page builder works with only newly created pages and not with the dummy pages that are created using the “Import Option”. Only our default Visual composer page builder will work with dummy pages created with the Import Option.

It is impossible to create the dummy content in elementor in this theme. We have a elementor framework, but the whole theme needs to be built with that and it will take lots of time (200 hours) So it will be impossible for you to pay.
