Awesome!
Very good layout, but without typescript the code looks very ugly. In this case I would prefer to buy the html layout and install it on React with typescript by myself.

Thank you for your time to write the review.
I am one of the authors of the template and felt the urge to reply to your review. We don't have any claim that the template is built with Typescript. We have examples and explanations in our documentation that are written in regular React and not Typescript. There are no false advertising or promises that we have failed to keep.
Reviewing a template for "what it does not have" is pretty much limitless and pointless. Here is a couple of examples:
- The template is Bootstrap but I would prefer it to be React Material UI
- The template uses SASS but I would prefer it to be LESS.
- The template is blue but I would prefer it to be red.

I am using it for 3-4 days now, so far i loved it.
Great code quality, up to date technology, lots of great components that just meets all of my needs and everything is well-documented. I don't know if i could ask for more.
Beside all of that, I just loved routing system, and how routes shows up at search.
