I’m having trouble registering for support also. It says I already have an account. I even setup a new email account never used and it said I’ve already used that email.
I need to know where you are with making this theme responsive or if you’re directing people to a newer development so we don’t have to start from scratch.
I’ve purchased the theme twice and need to get clients converted over to responsive.
I can confirm that you have an account created on our support site – I have just reset your password and sent you an email with the new password (to the email address that you have used to register, hint: d###e@bl###dx.com). Regarding your question – unfortunately at this point we are not planning to release a responsive update of the theme, since most of the theme elements include a very complex layout and are not designed for a responsive layout. However you can alternatively install a mobile theme plugin that will enable a different theme for mobile devices only. If you would like to discuss this further, please feel free to open a ticket on our support site.
Can the zoom slider not have the thumbnails on the left side be more like the plain larger slider with movement?
Unfortunately the zoom slider doesn’t support an out of the box option for that, I’m sorry.

The theme is not in a responsive layout, however it looks and works well on mobile devices. If you really need a theme with a responsive layout, if you want you can take a look at our responsive multi-purpose themes: Story, Porcelain, Mineral, Evermore and Dandelion.
Hello. I noticed this theme reduces the backend performance massively. It would be grateful if you could fix this with the next version
Thanks for reporting this! I don’t experience this issue on my installations, so my best guess is that your server might have a problem with loading updates data when checking for updates. If that’s the case – in the next theme update, it’s very likely that we’ll replace the current updates functionality with the new Envato Market plugin, so the issue should be resolved for you.
Is this compatible with WordPress 4.5.2?

Such a shame that this beautiful theme is still not responsive. I definitely would buy it. I already saw your answers, but it’s really not enough for mobile devices.

It appears that the ‘Acoustic Portfolio Thumbnail’ squashes the image if it is in portrait orientation. I don’t recall this being a problem in the past, any idea what is causing this?
I must say I am not impressed at the new support scam (I mean scheme), keeping in mind that when I purchased the theme it was partly on the basis support would be ongoing for as long as the theme was being updated.

Keep in mind that it can take up to 1 day to get a reply (and often we check the topics every 12h so a lot of users get a reply much earlier). I’ll check the support topics right now and I can see yours already.
By the way I appreciate your reply and for the record I wasn’t making any reference to the amount of time between question and response, just this new system you use meaning support only lasts 6 months after purchase now when originally there was no such stipulation. I think this should be honoured for people who purchased your themes prior to the changes as surely this is a change of contract between author and client which was not agreed by the client?
I see what you mean now, and I get your frustration.
That was something that Envato changed globally to ensure that we have a more sustainable business model, so this system rewards the best products, fresh updates and everyone has to give support for at least 6 months so customers won’t be lost in the dark. Before it was much easier for a theme author to just remove a theme once it’s too old and launch a new similar one.
I guess it would be nice to have open support for all customers prior to that indeed, I’m not sure if Envato even considered that option though.
Updated theme manually as automatic update did not work with your pexel plugin. Styling settings not working at all. Won’t let me set custom color, or add background image for site. Won’t let me replace accoustic logo

You may want to consider using a plugin for a mobile redirect such as jetpack
