too few specific documentation about theme

Great Theme.

After working with it for a little while we've been able to make most things work for our purpose. It's better than most other political themes out there but does still have some flaws we have hidden that we just haven't taken the time to work with the author's yet to fix. Our initial review of 1-star was mostly due to having our work wiped out completely and having to redo everything we'd already done. That experience still receives a 1-star for its impact on us during setup, however the theme itself is a 4, which could closely be a 5 if some improvements were made.

Former review -- This does not work correctly on install. We had 95% of the site text and photos together while waiting 4 days to get a config issue fixed by support. As soon as they got our FTP login these dummies re-downloaded all the demo content and wiped out all our work including everything we spent time uploading to the media library and customizing for SEO. Huge waste of time, terrible support, theme ain't that great to start with. Choose any other theme or you will be sorry.

This theme was very easy to set up for our site in regards to the install and demo content import, although there were some things that needed to be fixed in regards to the theme itself.

For example: site colors were not automatically changing when changed in the dashboard, social icons were appearing as squares, adding more relevant social accounts to the social share option such as instagram, clients opening in a new tab and a few bugs. These issues should have been corrected before the template is listed for users to purchase.

We are the reason that the template now has a store option which we did pay for and it was a bit dismaying to see that it was added to the theme as an option for everyone after WE paid for it. That whole process took an extremely long time to get done which was frustrating and delayed our project for over a month.

Initially, we would have given this template 3 stars but with all the changes that have been added as a result of our back and forth with the developers the template is now worthy of 4 stars. Also, the customer support deserves a 4 star rating because they are quick to respond to requests and issues and to fix them. They added those things we mentioned above and for that we are grateful.

In the past month, I have purchased this theme twice for two websites.

This is a great theme. It is well designed and highly customizable. Additionally, the theme documentation is quite thorough and the Webinane team provide excellent customer support.

I highly recommend this theme. I love it! I'll be purchasing it again soon for more websites.
