Hi, I noticed on WooCommerce paiement is not working with activia. each time we confirm order we have a message : “paiement method is invalid”. If we go back to twenty twenty two theme it works well, but with activia not. I also tried on a blank installation of activia, same issue.

The DP Ads banner element displays no image even after an image has been set. Very strange. Examining the code on the front end shows ‘Src: (unknown)”. I’ve got no idea how to fix this.

Hi, Activia comes with all the default WordPress user management tools. For more sophisticated purposes, additional plugins should be used with which Activia should work seamlessly.

Hi, This images can be set per post/page in metaboxes bellow page content. This metaboxes section is named “Page/Post custom settings”. There in section “Subheader” find option Background where you can select image, If you need more detailed info with screenshots etc please take a look on this

Hi, Latest version of Activia theme was tested with PHP 8 and no errors or notices. Please explain more detailed what you mean PHP 7.4+ WP Rocket issues?
Please verify your theme dowload links on envato. As i can see there is only 2.1vesion. Envatao plugin see 2.1 as well as newest. your changelog say 2,2 is newest.
And check why activia plugin is not updating with the theme on the install plugins tab. You have to manualy update the plugin from theme package.

Hi. We have not been able to install your demo. We tried the importer and it keeps getting stuck after few minutes. First at 11%, then 24, and then 30% after each repeat. It takes hours and won’t import. I tried the WP importer option but it can’t seem to download attachment and images. It goes into 500 internal error after some minutes. I have edited php.ini following your instruction but it makes no difference. Any idea why this is so and how we can just import what I need. For instance, I need just the 4th homepage demo instead of downloading a whole demo content we won’t need?
Hi, Please send us URL and dashboard access. We install demo for you. Activia have only one demo content package. In this demo are all front-pages included but it is no problem you can remove not needed pages anyway. Is no possibile import only one front page.

Hi, A week ago I have report that I can’t connect your server via FTP.
In this situation, I cannot help you effectively. You promised to clarify this with your hosting provider, but after a week your server is still unreachable via FTP and showing configuration problems (http: // ... is entered in the general settings of the site and most likely in the htaccess file there is a redirect to https: / / .... Until you fix these issues, I can’t help you.
As for the refund, although the problem is not on our side, I will not make any problems with the refund if you report such a desire by https://themeforest.net/refund_requests/new

HI, I purchased the theme a while ago and now I noticed that my buttons for filtering portfolio items became Orange, but they were blue and I have changed everything but, they are still orange, when you hover over the button the color is right but when you move mouse away it became orage which is worng. Can you please help me? I tryed to look into css files but when you click inspect to find out on where the css file is located it says its inserter and number line is 1 whcih is point that it can be update form Theme options, but its not. Please help, it looks horible as the rest of site is blue. Thank you

Can I add a wordpress membership plug-in to this website template?
I don’t know which one WP membership plugin you mean ( MemberPress, Ultimate Member or other). Generally theme should work without problem with any properly coded WP plugin. If you send us more detailed info about plugin which you plane to use we can test compatibility
