Is it possible for u to share with me some PSD/Figma file when I purchase this theme?

I recently purchased the Actura WordPress theme, and unfortunately, I’m really disappointed. The theme installer seems to be riddled with bugs, making the whole installation process impossible. I’ve tried multiple times, both in automatic and manual installing, but with no success. To add to the frustration, the support has been less than stellar. At this point, I’m left with two choices: either I get immediate assistance to successfully install the theme, or I’d like to request a refund. This experience has not been up to par with the quality of service I expected.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the Actura – Construction WordPress theme that I recently purchased from your store. I have invested a significant amount of time and effort into setting up the theme, but it has been nothing but a nightmare.

Firstly, the theme’s import feature is completely non-functional, resulting in constant errors in the code. I have tried using three different hosting providers, and each one presented its own set of issues. Additionally, the license activation process has been unsuccessful despite multiple attempts.

Moreover, the lack of response from your technical support team has been highly disappointing. I have reached out for assistance numerous times, but have yet to receive a satisfactory resolution or even a timely response.

I must say that this whole experience has been incredibly frustrating and has left me feeling cheated. I expected a quality product with proper support, but unfortunately, that has not been the case. I kindly request that you address these issues promptly and provide a solution or a refund for the faulty theme.

I hope you understand the urgency and the gravity of this matter. I trust that you will take appropriate action to rectify the situation and regain my trust as a customer.

Hi, we can’t install the demo content. We get error: XML file reading error occurred – check its existence. We saw, that others also had same problem and you advised them raise support ticket here: https://support.secretlab.pw/. When trying to login there with “Sign in with Envato instead” option, new window opens with error: {error RedirectUri provided”}. Plese advise what to do?

i mean its absurd.. how long you have to wait for this guys? i been trying to get my page right but it seems to be a nightmare what it comes to contact the costumer services as they suggest.. so disappointed with this.. I talk with Jov and he tell me he fixed my broke page and then when i go to look i can see the Menu bar, iits hard to find one of those guys.
