I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the Actura - Construction WordPress theme that I recently purchased from your store. I have invested a significant amount of time and effort into setting up the theme, but it has been nothing but a nightmare.
Firstly, the theme's import feature is completely non-functional, resulting in constant errors in the code. I have tried using three different hosting providers, and each one presented its own set of issues. Additionally, the license activation process has been unsuccessful despite multiple attempts.
Moreover, the lack of response from your technical support team has been highly disappointing. I have reached out for assistance numerous times, but have yet to receive a satisfactory resolution or even a timely response.
I must say that this whole experience has been incredibly frustrating and has left me feeling cheated. I expected a quality product with proper support, but unfortunately, that has not been the case. I kindly request that you address these issues promptly and provide a solution or a refund for the faulty theme.
I hope you understand the urgency and the gravity of this matter. I trust that you will take appropriate action to rectify the situation and regain my trust as a customer.

Please don't buy if you are planning to have a website for more than half a year. This is so bugged theme, with no updates and based on Element Pack, but problem is that this theme is not compatible with the newest element pack and you will destroy the whole web.

Great template, looks good and support is amazing. Quick replies on the tickets and they helped me setting up :)
They installed the Theme for me because it did not work previously. Very fast answers and very helpful.

I tried installation and got first error which per the support website was a wrong file upload issue the seller has. Post installation, the theme did not import the data but it got plugin's. I am not very technical but was able to successfully build websites since past 6 years using themes but this one did not work for me.
