Your support team does not know what they are doing. They are blaming the server. Without the acuasafe plugin installed the wordpress installation is virus free. I tested this on a fresh install of wordpress on a fresh server.
Also your last update did nothing because it wasn’t a update. The only updated file was a folder. The acuasafe plugin remains untouched.

2 days of response and nothing has work. Now I will wait for another 2 days? then I’m loosing business due to this development delayed. The theme is expensive but not worth the wait.

This theme is not what you see in the documentation during installation. It will only loose your time for initial setup. Hoping to find a solution to save time during theme demo installation. Until now support is not responding.
