I have spent half a day trying to figure out how to change/ remove the header image in an ad I am not a complete idiot but I cant for the life of me find how to remove it Elementor is really hard I refuse to spend $60 for support just to answer one question fortunatly I am retired so I have time to waste and a desire to better the demon Elementor Its an upward battle as my degree was in business not from MIT!

I have multiple installations of your theme and it’s a great theme.

I just had a quick question on if there is a setting, so that people visiting a classified ad can respond to a seller without having to join, login, etc. It’s not clear where this setting is in the Adifier section of the theme or if a person has to login in order to reach out to a seller of a classified ad listing?

I’ve encountered an issue while trying to customize the “Join Now” section of my theme, which I purchased from ThemeForest. I understand that my support plan has expired, and I apologize for not utilizing it while it was active. I was hoping you could provide some guidance on this matter.

The problem I’m facing is related to making changes to the “Join Now” section of the theme. I would like to replace the text labels “Freelancer” and “Employer” with different wording. if you help me find the file location to edit that I’ve been a satisfied customer and have greatly appreciated the quality of your product, which is why I’m reaching out for help with this specific customization.

Hey, i am currently searching for a great Theme plugin. Anyway, before i want to buy this, i have couple questions:

1. Is it able to customize the registration form by role (Supplier, Buyer). Customization like adding additional field to provide some documents and waiting for approval before the account will be activated?

2. Is it possible to customize all category of ads i want to use? – I will not use automotive ads, will build some other ads

3. Is it possible to provide a purchase to push the ads into the top, mark as featured for a specific time?

4. is it possible to use other Linked social media accounts, like Linked, Instagram, Xing, etc. to share the corresponding Ad?

5. Is it possible to show in front end the prices based on the location and their currency? By using other third plugin, or this theme.

6. Is it possible to have multiple registration forms in use? The user should decide during the registration if he is a Supplier or Buyer. If f.e. he register as supplier, he should be able to add ads. Otherwise not. Is some kind oft that configuration possible/available?

Hello! Hope everything goes well. I’m a old customer, I think I bought this on 2018 or 2017. I’m having an issue now with the ads images.. when I upload an ad from a laptop or desktop (not mobile) it shows the images well in the home page.. but when I upload the ad from an cellphone it not show the imagen when I click on the ad to see the ad completly. I have not touch the code or css or js.. it just stop working.

probably this is the best theme out there, everything is perfect, you only need to work on the design, user interface, specially on mobile. user interface is a little bit outdated. it does not have a modern look. other than that it is without a question the best classified theme out there. trust me if you add one or 2 more modern look demo, you will sell like crazy, i know what i am talking about. cheers

Would be nice if it had the possibility for a manual review process for new user registrations.

I currently use the theme and get a lot of spam by users who get through the ReCaptcha at registering and who offer illegal services or products. Constantly new users register and there is no way to stop it. I’ve tried blocking IP-addresses, Location block, country block, recaptcha, black listing but none helped. Currently I’ve selected a Manual approval method for the ads which helps but also means that I have to manually approve each individual ad, even for the users that are legit and post regularly, which means a lot of work. Approving or declining users at registration on the other hand would be a lot less work since there are a lot more ads then there are users.

Of course a better detection and prevention system for bots and spam at the user registration with automatically declining spam users would be best, but I don’t know if that is possible.

Other then that, I’m very satisfied with the theme and it works very well.
