This is one of the worst themes I have ever purchased, the code has errors, very slow, WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN

The low rating is based on several issues:
- Maintenance Mode doesn't work. The timer can't go beyond 2020. If that was a feature you were interested in, doesn’t work.
- Live preview CSS changes in the built-in CSS editor don't work.
- User guide is somewhat outdated.
- Author of theme is NOT answering support tickets in a timely manner (sometimes not at all) for bugs or technical questions about themes feature. When he does answer, he normally says “send me admin account and ftp account for checking”
I feel like I was scammed a bit since I did pay for the additional 6 months of support on this theme. The support items on this theme clearly state:
* Availability of the author to answer questions
* Answering technical questions about item’s features
* Assistance with reported bugs and issues
* Help with included 3rd party assets
IF you like the design of the theme, have knowledge how to use wordpress and make changes WITHOUT the live preview CSS you should be fine.
However, if you are novice and need the live preview css to make design changes this theme is not for you. Also, if you were thinking of buying additional 6 months of support don’t, there is no support.
I would of like a better service when WP Bakery, i love the plugin, but can't afford it. When it is bundled with a theme it's great, but cannot be updated

The theme is really complete with lots of possibility really easy to custom. The support is just perfect. I reccomand it !
Redux framework flags an error and PHP compatibility shows it is not compatible with 7.1
I don't have time to deal with it so we are moving on. From the look of it they have not resolved many of the bugs

Thanks a million for all your help, your support is more than 5 stars you even offered and tried to help me with a plugin that wasn't part of your package to fix. Your theme is beautiful, I hope you make 1000's of sales.
I have submitted two requests to the author of this theme and both times I have had a quick response and the great support needed. Regular updates to this theme are amazing! I am a very happy customer and highly recommend this theme to all store owners.
