I'm not sure if it's the theme or my lack of knowledge, but I am too new to make this judgment. However, I wanted to mention that there are a lot of issues with the mobile view and a lot of elements on the site require manual CSS fixes as well as some other fixes for mobile. Moreover, when I download the demo website, it will takes days just to cleanup all the pages and files.

for Flexibility

A powerful theme, but documentation is not clear enough, customisation take some times to reach good result. You really have to do your homework if you want to have a clear and crisp site. Updates are not frequent, (last version is from june 2019...), included modules are hard to upgrade (slider revolution...).
Another exemple, the newsletter popup, nothing is explained in documentation on how to properly setup the popup. And it's a popup that you can only trigger with a click, a joke...

Very slow customer support. I have purchased this theme over a week ago and had nothing but problems. In my case, the installation stopped at 90 percent, contacted their support took over two days to respond, and their response was a joke. Thanks to WP support, we got the theme uploaded. I have had other issues with them also, but their support is so low that it takes over 2 days to respond to a ticket. Don't look to support for any help, it is very frustrating.

Due to some recent major theme updates, we've been experiencing increased amount of support requests and because of that response time grew a bit, very sorry about that.

We managed to locate your only support request #1967063 where we established that our support staff helped you with all theme-related issues.

Problems with demo import are usually caused by a lack of dedicated resources on your server and we believe our agents already suggested that.

The theme looks beautiful when you buy it, but please be aware that if the demo content isn't working, you are probably screwed because the customer service is bad and the theme documentation is brief.

I have bought this theme in September and have been struggling with their customer support ever since. I can't seem to get the demo content to work properly and even their own customer support can't get it to work. I have never encountered a problem like this with other themes I bought and I was always with the same hosting provider.

EdgeThemes support is offering you half solutions, claiming my hosting provider is the problem but not answering my hosting providers questions properly so they can fix the issue, they send you standard replies instead and are just not fixing your problem.

In the end, after multiple messages between you, edgethemes support and your hosting provider, you just have to figure it out on your own and they send you a link to a tutorial you should follow. Really? That's a bit easy coming from a support you pay for, isn't it?

I was really excited for this theme to work, but unfortunately the support was so disappointing it pretty much ruined it for me.

We cannot agree with comment about our customer support team. Our professionally trained support agents investigate and try to help you there, but please, note that this part is not under our support scope, since it is not related to our theme, but to your server and installation.
We really hope you'll be able to solve this with your hosting provider. After, we will gladly do any import on your behalf, and our agent will assist you to finish setup your site within our theme.
