UPDATE 9/7/23 - DEV REPLIED TO REVIEW SAYING TO OPEN A TICKET, BUT HE BLOCKED ME FROM PAID SUPPORT BECAUSE OF MY REVIEW. THIS IS AGAINST ENVATO'S TERMS - "Account Blocked. Sorry, your account has been banned from this support desk."

UPDATE 9/6/23 - AS I MENTIONED BEFORE, THEME WILL BREAK IN THE FUTURE BECAUSE THE DEV WILL NOT UPDATE ACCORDINGLY

DEV'S CORE PLUGIN IS THE CULPRIT

I can never buy a Case theme again. This has been one of the worst themes I've ever used.

To start off, support refused to "support" me because I left a 1-star review. They said I must change it before they help me. - "I ask that you remove or change the review. Once you take action, we'll continue to examine your issue."

I was threatened, so had to change it to get the support that was included in what I paid for.

They did fix a couple of amateur issues that should have never been issues, but as I continued to work on the theme, I built a list of 10+ issues that blew my mind. Some were bugs, others were just baffling on the logic involved.

Support then disappears when they can't answer my question regarding whether they actually fixed a certain issue so I can upload an SVG icon and change the size and color as the functionality in the builder should exist, and I got no answer. Then I realized because the answer is no, as I noticed support had placed custom CSS to as a temporary fix on just one of the icons.

I sent several more issues in the ticket and all go unanswered.

Spend extra time researching themes and only buy from the top developers with the most sales and positive reviews or you will have headaches the entire time, up until the eventual point where the site will just break because no updated core plugin.
