Example: Tour will start 13:00. If the customer book 11:30 will allow. If he book 12:30, he have to call us for availability.

I have this theme’s version 4.2.4 installed on website https://greatdeserttours.com/ . The issue I am facing is that the Site tagline is showing as meta description. Due to this I have two meta description tags available in all the pages causing duplication. Check view pagesource showing 2 “<meta name=”description” content=” fields.

I need help to fix this issue so that meta description field should show only once and the Site tagline is mapped correctly to its own field.

Need to disable the tabs on the tour detail page ($tabs) completely.

There’s an issue when including a video in the product content on mobile devices when switching to full screen. This happens no matter if html, revoslider or any other way of integration.

By switching to landscape mode the CSS of the tabs also switches (nav nav-tabs hidden-xs -> panel-group visible-xs tabs-accordion)

This way the video in fullscreen is located in the hidden div (.panel-group .visible-xs .tabs-accordion) when rotating the mobile device and the video in fullscreen will not be able to show.

In Woocoommerce there is only 1 field for the name of the customer (billing details). I would like to have the details all of the people in this family, not only 1. How to resolve it?

Hello, I am extremely confused. I’ve set my calendar dates in the “Tour Bookings” pannel of the product information. When I go to the tour page, the product shows up however no dates are available expect for a random preselected dates a few months in advanced.

Hi, I bought the theme a few years ago. Now when I go to create a tour I go to insert the created tour as a product in the cart… what could be the problem?

Example: I create a tour about Madagascar… when I go to save it, the tour I created can’t be found under the heading tours but under the heading products and this changes the graphic layout considerably.
