with this theme is possible to make reservations or booking by hours? For example reserve a kayak package for 2 hours like 9-11 and let it available anothers hours during the day?
Our booking system allows to sell the tickets only. It does not allow to select some user defined period of the time for that user want to book/rent something.
With our booking system you would be able to create a tickets for kayak per a hour basis (1 ticket per a hour during the working hours), but to book the kayak for 2 hours – client should make 2 booking actions in this case: 1 ticket for 9:00, second ticket for 10:00. (if you min. rent time slot for a kayak is 2 hours you should create corresponding set of tickets and in this case user should book only 1 ticket of course)
The WPBakery Page Builder no longer works/is compatible with this theme, we need a theme update that includes the updated plugin please. Thanks

Unfortunately, theme does not provide tour booking time localization functionality. Yes, user able to request order cancel from the orders section that is available if he has account on the website. This functionality is provided by WooCommerce plugin itself and configurable in WooCommerce settings.
I will have 5 boats for a tour each day.
People will need to book these online on the site.
There are 3 timeslots.
8.30 – 12.00pm ||||
2.00 – 5.00pm ||||
8.30 – 5.00pm
A person needs to book a minimum of 2 boats.
The timeslots are important, since there are only 5 boats. So if there are 4 booking with timeslot 8.30-5.00pm there can’t be another 3 for timeslot 8.30-12pm.
Since there are only a total of 5 places, so the hours can’t overlap if there aren’t any places left.
So if 8.30-5.00pm is boked 5 times then the slots 8.30-12pm and 2.00 – 5.00pm are also full.
Payment can be with cash or online through paypal and creditcard.
Is this possible for the theme?
As I understand 1 ticket = 1 boat and you need allow to buy at least 2 tickets (boats) per a booking. Please correct me if I did not get your explanation correctly.
It’s impossible from the “box”, but can be configured as 2 tours (1 tour that allows to choose “half day” tour 8:30am or 2:00pm and another second one “full day” tour 8:30am-5:00pm and these 2 tours should has common “shared resource” that can be added via customization through child theme API. It might look strange, separate this tour into 2 separate items, but this is only a way to create such schedule with our booking system).
Related to the payment methods: yes, you able to configure all of them.
Seeing 2 Meta descriptions in the SEO and upon inspection. One is clearly from the tour, the second is from the theme description. Why 2? Seems like the description of the theme is added to every page, in addition to any SEO description added by each page?

Is it possible to upload or use an image from the media library for the avatar image in the comments? I dont see any way to edit the comment or save the person into the users section to add an image? Is there a plug-in that could add an image to a comment author?
Sorry, but really hard to get what exactly you are looking.
1. By default Wordpress uses gravatar.com service to load the user’s avatar ( user identified by email address in this case ).
If you want to be able to manage avatars as “local” media for your installation – you may use some plugins that allow you to do so. Something from this one https://wordpress.org/plugins/search.php?q=avatar or google related to this.
2. You can create users in Admin’s Panel > Users section by clicking over Add New button.
3. Wordpress does not allow to upload images in comments. The same as for #1 – you may google some plugins that allow do this. I don’t know any exact plugin for this case and I would not recommend to use something like that.

Hi, I have several tours people can book each day, but once one of them is booked, the other tours that day are no longer available. Can your booking handle this automatically, or do I have to go in and make all the others unavailable manually?
