There is Loading page with logo in the center when you first visit the page in browser. I need it disabled.

I understand you were trying to say that preloader things. To remove the preloader and that centered logo, you should remove the preloader HTML.

You can use it on your website, after buy this template you should convert it on WordPress, After that you can easily use it.
