Theme has so many bugs and its not really showing the content as it should be.

Hi, why didnt you create a ticket ? we would be more than happy to help with any issues you have.
Basic simple theme but with some issues and bugs.
Importing plugins and demo data causes error messages. Had to copy and paste the links in order to install plugins. One plugin was installed and the system still asks for it to be installed even though it's installed.
Some parts of the documentation are outdated such as the Woocommerce information.
Documentation is not thorough or detailed. You would have to figure some stuff on your own.

Have had tickets open for 6 months with support (still open). Purchase this theme only if you are prepared to make many customisations using CSS, and if you are technical enough or prepared to hire someone to fix the problems with the theme.

Thanks to Scott for all the help with this theme, he had a lot of patience with me because I'm a Wordpress beginner, I recommend 300%
I have given this 2 stars, the stars are for the design and cleanliness of the theme which is why i bought it. However the documentation was appalling, most of the links for the auto fill content did not work and the support... well they get back to you in the end... with a vague answer that doesn't really help you much. There is a reason they are called elusive themes!

Excellent design is all cool but the documentation is weak, for example, it's unclear how to do vertical scrolling of pictures on the product page.

Documentation have minimal information. It needs more information.
Design is superb and I just love it for its minimalistic look. Though I'm a little disappointed that there isn't an option to let customers write reviews or see reviews, i hope they implement that soon :)

Hi, there is an option to enable tabs ( reviews etc ) in the theme options. Please can you consider changing your rating to 5 stars as this is very upsetting :(
