The author doesn't understand IP addresses.
I have a hard time using a "developers" code that doesn't even know basic IP address usage.

I'm really new, I just have some basic knowledge. If you are logical, you will be able to easily create your site. The code is very well explained and tagged.
The only thing missing is a little explanation for the login-register part
