Hello, I installed the egan.zip theme and all required plugins without problems but when I try to activate “Egan Pro” plugin I get the following error:

Hi, yesterday bought the theme and I’m really very disappointed that there is absolutely ZERO instraction how to use it in Wordpress. I see all the different features in the customization and that’s clear but where can I find the design modules in there? I don’t see any library or anything like this. When I open the section “sites” in WP and chose a page, there is only elementor available. In elementor I only see on the left all the agni drafts of modules, but where are the images and completed modules where I can only make minor copy changes and I’m ready to go?

Hello, where I can submit my ticket? There are lot of problems of my site.
First – they didn’t install/upload a demo other than just the homepage. Nothing else. From the first look you can see that something is wrong. Below I provide you with login details and ask you to fix the problem.

Are you kidding me? Does it seem to you that your “corrected” template on my webhost looks the same as your demo? I wrote you an email attaching all the problems.
In addition, not a single page was uploaded except the homepage! I want all pages (about us, jobs, services,...) to be uploaded as you have in the demo. I want the mouse cursor to be functional and not to work in such a way that the cursor is displayed somewhere and not elsewhere.
I ask you to correct the errors quickly, because this is not possible!
All of you who are thinking about this template, see above for the response from the template authors on how they “fixed” my demo. So what does the template really look like, what will be the result. Because it is vastly different from what they proclaim here.

I don’t know if it’s a game, but the template and demo you present certainly doesn’t look like my site does now. There’s a lot of settings missing, errors here on individual pages (like Works) or Case studies.
I don’t want to use this template anymore, so I will ask for a refund. I will no longer use this template and delete it from my ftp.

Hello. Yes, everything is already changed for the reason that I don’t want to use your non-functional template with limited pages and limited functionality compared to the demo you mentioned. I have deleted your template and will not be using it.
It has been obvious all along that the demo you proclaimed is different from the template you purchased and that it does not fulfill everything you promised in the demo. The functionality of the template is limited, the demo is not complete and the site is not imported. Therefore, I do not believe in further possible updates to the template for this reason and do not want to add problems in the future.
