You guys don't answer my email about how to get my license. You are wasting my time and holding up my progress. I will never reccomend your company because of this and will infact tell them to use another provider.

I selected "Other" as the main reason because all the reasons are worth mentioning, it is one of the best themes I have ever used, I was very happy to be able to manage the demo installed, I really appreciated the graphics and the original layout ideas like the simplicity in managing the theme options. The availability of the Customer Service in satisfying my requests is among the most efficient I have tried. A young theme with a few minor bugs that I found myself was promptly and excellently fixed.
