Hi,

I edited background of the pages/posts by doing this:

.content-block .content-main { background: #f5ecd2 !important; }

but, after that im in a clinch with bottom and top of that container:

screenshot: http://prntscr.com/eee2pd

any suggestions?

note: I dont want that texture on the posts. (background image)

ty

Website is: http://www.dedinapz.com

I fixed it by doing this:
.content-block .content-main.alternate:before { background: none !important; } .content-block .content-main.alternate:after { background: none !important; }
My next question for this template is gap in main container; see examples below;

http://prntscr.com/eejkvx http://prntscr.com/eejlf2

I’ve added google maps manually in footer.php, but that’s not a reason, because same issue happens without my custom code.

Add lines like this in any custom css plugin that will fix it:

.active.boxed {
    min-height: auto;
}

the website bestcannedmeat.com, the checkout page, customers using mac computers are complaining that they cannot click into fields such as name and phone number. Please advise on a fix thank you!

Hi i submitted a ticket also and still have not gotten a reply Please advise asap as this is hurting business

Hi!

How can I make a Child theme with some minor CSS edits?

Sorry but your support license has expired, you can renew it in the item page, otherwise we are not allowed to support you.

1. Some of the files are making the website very slow, some of these are kind of dynamic generated CSS and JS file with the .php file extension, very strange. I dont get it why you use this method. Those are these files:

wp-content/themes/agritourismo-theme/js/scripts.php

wp-content/themes/agritourismo-theme/css/dynamic-css.php

wp-content/themes/agritourismo-theme/css/fonts.php

2. Another tip, why dont u use CSS sprites to combine the few images as one image, those are these files:

wp-content/themes/agritourismo-theme/images/background-overlay.png

wp-content/themes/agritourismo-theme/images/main-title-left.png

wp-content/themes/agritourismo-theme/images/main-title-right.png

wp-content/themes/agritourismo-theme/images/menu-strips.png

wp-content/themes/agritourismo-theme/images/split-1.png

wp-content/themes/agritourismo-theme/images/menu-strips@2x.png

wp-content/themes/agritourismo-theme/images/split-1@2x.png

Hi!

1. At that time when the theme was created there was no other way to add a dynamic style or js, this could be fixed in upcoming updates.

2, We will consider these changes too.

Hi, thanks for your answer.

Please use in the next update the WordPress function ‘wp_enqueue_style’ in your functions.php file to load the CSS files and remove @import functions in the css/main-stylesheet.css. As you know @import is not recommended anymore. See https://codex.wordpress.org/Theme_Development#Theme_Stylesheet

Thanks for notice we will add that too.

Hi guys! Just renewed my support fees and submitted ticket #732 on your support site. If you guys can take a look at this issue ASAP, that would be great. Our client has a major event coming up, and customers are unable to buy tickets until this is fixed! (Yikes! Help!)

No updates for a while…

Hi!

At the moment we haven’t planed any updates, but the theme is supported and sill receives urgent security and bug fix updates.

Uh oh!

3 months later, and we’re running into the same issue of fields not being clickable at checkout when using WooCommerce. This time there are two issues:

Safari: the First Name and Last Name fields are unable to be clicked on to type into; all other fields are working fine.

Chrome: When typing in fields, you’re not able to move the cursor using the arrow keys; if you make a mistake while typing, you have to either delete back to the error and then re-type again, or move your mouse cursor and click to place it where you want to. (Small inconvenience, I know, but something that was discovered nonetheless.)

The Safari issue is a major one, especially for my client, who has a number of events coming up that they are actively selling tickets for.

Also: we tried to log into Orange Themes support to create a ticket (we have 3 months left on our support), but it seems our username is not being accepted…and when we tried to retrieve username or password, we didn’t receive any e-mails from your system, so we resorted to writing you here. (Sorry!)

I’ve replied to your e-mail twice now, and haven’t received a response back. I still can’t access your ticket system. It seems like you guys are more concerned with having me use your ticket system than you are with helping me, even though I’ve clearly paid for support (as evidenced by the green tag next to my name above).

I’ve received great support from Orange Themes in the past, so this is a disappointment. I really need this problem fixed ASAP; we’re coming up on 12 days without a fix, and my client is losing their mind over this issue as it’s keeping them from making major wine tourism revenue (and causing them to have to field all kinds of calls from disgruntled would-be customers who just want to buy tickets to their events).

I look forward to a prompt response.

The email is discounted, you should get a automatic reply about that.

We have reseted the password for your account and you should be able to log in here https://www.orange-themes.net/login/ by using your envato username – artmil

and the password we sent you. I checked everyting one more time and you should be able to log in.

This is needed to share the access details, otherwise we check the page.

Please update your ticket with your FTP access details, after that our developers will be able to have a closer look and fix the issues.

Hi! First of all, I want to buy your theme, however, I have a doubt. How the home page is setted? I mean, on the way that I can make it equal to yours demo home page. It’s only using the visual composer? Or there are some sort of configurations on personalize that I can import from the demo to use? You can see an example here: https://br.wordpress.org/themes/newsmag/

Hi!

The visual Composer comes as a additional feature and isn’t used in the demo page layouts.

You can import the content by using the xml but some custom things like menu, sidebars and homepage layout will need to be set up manually, we can also set it up for you 1:1 on a fresh WordPress installation.
