Thanks for feedback. Yet please note that images are a copyrighted material and are not included, which is a usual practice on Themeforest. You are purchasing a WP theme, and images can be purchased on PhotoDune Envato marketplace. We do not have a license to redistribute the images, which is mentioned in the product description, so demo content comes with placeholders. Thank you for understanding.

We are upset to hear your words, as most of the users report the theme has great flexibility, and in any case we usually advise contacting our support - lots of issues turn out to be local and can be solved. And regarding the design - you say it is not very nice, while the design can be seen on a demo site before purchase.
