Hello. Long term user of Air and really love it. But suddenly I have a problem – before I go for extended support is there any issue with Wordpress 6.1.1 because the problem seemed to occur when WP updated. Or perhaps with PHP 7.4? When updating from version 1 to version 2
- Is the URL structure of the site lost?
- Are uploaded photos lost?
- Are the uploaded texts lost?
- Is SEO getting lost?
And what is gained? Does it get faster? Version 1 is super slow on mobile.

The uploaded media(images) will not lost. Some URL structure(you can use plugin to fix it) and SEO settings will not lost. But most of the layout will be lost if update from v1 to v2. Sorry for the trouble, if there is a better solution, please believe that we will not choose this way. Air WordPress theme version 2 is a major and special update which is not compatible with Air version 1. We had to change the data frame to add more functionality, so what version 1 builds won’t show up in version 2. If you don’t want to rebuild the content, please do not update to version 2. But we didn’t abandon version 1, we still released minor updates to version 1. If you update to version 2, you can downgrade to version 1. The v2 is faster than v1.

I have had a site built with the Air theme for several years. Until 2 weeks ago I was on version 1.9.7.5 in which I was using BM PageBuilder and Elementor at the same time without any problems. 10 days ago I put version v1.9.9.7 and most of the texts stopped showing on the live site. I checked your homepage and did not find where is wrong. Do you mean that some content lost on the homepage?
If your website server cPanel has a version manager, try reverting to a previous version. It is the fastest way to fix it.

Hello, I have problem with this nice theme. Recently my pages www.adamjilek.cz works normally. But now It cannot load on Apple devices and on Android devices it is so slow. I tested your website, it works on my iphone. It is not necessary to update to version 2.x(we don’t recommend upgrade either).
ps: It may be caused by a broken image url, please go to theme options, delete the URL for Light Custom Logo.

Hi, I updated the theme v.1, but unfortunately it broke the whole site, I’m trying to solve it but I have 2 problems: the items in “theme option” are not switchable remains stopped at the first screen and throughout the site there is the message “Warning: Array to string conversion in /customers/8/7/f/atelierfrancescoarena.it/httpd.www/wp-includes/formatting.php on line 1098 “I am also willing to renew support or license please.

I no longer have support, but in this case, I feel entitled to ask you about something missing in the menu options.
I cannot remove the PREV and NEXT module from articles created in the FULLSCREEN TEMPLATE LAYOUT.
In all other article types, this is removed through the menu options but in the type of template I mentioned above, it does not work.

Hi, which versions of PHP is Air compatible with? PHP 7.2 is fine, but how about 7.3, 7.4, 8.0 or 8.1?

I tested it just now and didn’t find the same issue. Please update both Air theme and BM page builder plugin. ps: It(Digit input box) just accepts numbers and not other characters.

Ok. Is it possible to upload a video and place it in the embed video field? When I do that with the link to our video it just displays the text of the path of the video.

Also, our images we post are blurry. I am uploading at 1920 wide or larger and I right click on the displayed image in a post and its only 1000px wide. Where is this setting?
