Do not upgrade to version 2(two) completely broken! Was good now bad, worse than ever

Hi, Very sorry for the trouble, and please believe we don't want choose this way if there is a better solution. The version 2 of Air WordPress theme is a major and special update, it is incompatible with Air version 1. We had to change the keyframe works to add more features, so the content that built by version 1 can not display in version 2. If you don't want to rebuild the content, please DO NOT update to the version 2. But we didn't give up version 1, and we still release minor update for the version 1.

As a Wordpress newbie, it was quite easy to understand this theme. And the customer support has been sublime! Always quick to answer and very helpful. Look forward to use more of themes of these developers :)

Beautiful theme design. Documentation is minimal for a WordPress beginner. Support is excellent! Many ways to tweak the theme to suit it to what you need.
Excellent theme! The architecture is straight foward and simple page structure. WOuld be nice if the BM SLider linked to the Post more readily but that's on them. Thanks!

I love Air theme!! and I love more on their technical support! I did not know much of coding but I was keen about graphic design on my website. Their support team helped me create my website as I wanted. Sometimes, I asked questions Saturday and I could still get their answers on Sunday! Awesome!! Thanks a lot to their support team.

Customer support and design are my favorite things of this theme. It was my first site, and I'm not a web designer, so the support is helping me so so much. It makes me really happy and calm.

Not having any luck with this theme. Keeps having the same "WPC Smart Compare require WooCommerce version 3.0.0 or greater." notice and won't let me move past it. I tried to contact and no response. Don't buy it. Waste of time and money
