Hello i Have problem with importing demo content? I have all the time loading circle at the step “4. Select the necessary settings in order to import demo content.”
I am developer and tried to install and import demo content on 4 different servers and localhost as well. Still not working. I have tried in various php versions as well (7.3, 7.4, 8.0 & 8.1). But it is not working in any of them. Please fix this issue ASAP. This is quite urgent for me and quite disappointing to stuck at such a basic step of importing demo content.

Pls dont waste your money to buy the theme. I have purchased it as its demo content looks cool. But after my purchase i am unable to import demo content, for that i have raised lots of support tickets to author but they didnt solve the issue. Due to this type of support i have requested for refund of my payment but there also no response from them.

It’s been 5 days. Still awaiting your response.
Just sent another email about a separate issue. The back end of the template in Elementor is really all over the place. Makes it very difficult to edit in realtime. Have to preview every little change to make sure what has been done is correct. This defeats the purpose of it being built in Elementor which should make it easy to view changes realtime.

Thanks. After purchasing I noticed the following: one of the homepages has some sort of iceberg in the footer. However This doesn’t show up (the background is just white). I don’t have any images neither. I understand that I’m supposed to upload my own images but can’t I setup the demo content as is displayed on this site and work from there? Also the links in the menus and buttons don’t seem to work after importing the demo content.
