Where can I see the Portfolio section Demo. I would like to see the Portfolio section design options. Also is hotspot on image supported? I would like to add links on the images

1) Portfolio – Unfortunately, we haven’t portfolio section on the demo site. However the theme supports 08 styles for portfolio layout

2) Yes, the theme supports Hotspot image shortcodes

3) Yes, you can add links to the points on hotspot and can be view it for products

Will WPBakery continue to update after my support runs out? And if so, how do I update it? My support is expired.

Hi there, the Instagram Feed widget isn’t working at all with this theme. I have got the correct API key from my Instagram account, inputted the correct settings in the widget and it just doesn’t load. Can you help me out with this?

Thank you for reply. Just last pre-sale question. Is it possible to add small preview images of products, in “quick view”? Hi, I know that my purchase code has expired, because I bought this template long time ago, and now finally we have lanched this template since yesterday, but was wondering why it’s loading so slow, even with the rocket cache plugin. We are on a quiet fast vps server as well.​​

Ok I can renew the support, but if you can’t help me speed up this, than I have to buy some other theme. I have 2 other multishop websites, and the performance of those are very fast. The first time loading of the site is about 5/6 sec, and switching from category takes lot of time. Load time 8.36 s. Comparing with the other shops it’s a difference of almost 7.5 sec. When al pages has been loaded, then it act reasonable fast

WHAT HAPPENED? All of the icons are now letters? The upper right menu in the widget that pops out is the letter J. The shopping cart is the letter Y. What the heck?

Not sure if this is part of the problem. But your files are outdated. Your theme (Airi) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. Suggestions to fix this:

Update your theme to the latest version. If no update is available contact your theme author asking about compatibility with the current WooCommerce version. If you copied over a template file to change something, then you will need to copy the new version of the template and apply your changes again.

i download the update from Envato but it says theme version is 1.1.4 and not 1.1.5 . Now the Hero slide in slider revolution is not visible.

I downgraded slider revolution and the slider is fixed but in the dashboard it still says : “Version 1.1.5 of the theme is available, please update the theme” I tried updating using FileZilla using Overwrite and yet 1.1.4

I changed the version number in the style.css at last, the readme has 1.1.5 but the style.css 1.1.4

HUGE PROBLEM!!!! Unless I reset the site every 12 hours, the shopping cart WILL NOT hold items. People are trying to buy items. They add the items to the cart, then they go to checkout and they get a WARNING: “There are no items in your cart”.
