Hello, I am very interested in buying your theme. I have just one question can I paste a third party HTML code aka Google Adsense, Ezioc and others in my Blog Post. I am asking because I have bought AJAX powered theme before and it usually get hanged every time I add an HTML code, especially in blog post.
Hey there!
First of all, many thanks for reaching out and showing interest in Airtifact, we really appreciate it!
In case that you would like to add custom scripts that could collide with AJAX calls, with Airtifact we provide a simple method for you to disable the AJAX engine and turn the theme into a ‘regular’ one in terms of custom code loading. Even, we made sure to provide the closest users experience when disabling the AJAX engine via Appearance > General Options.
I hope it will sound interesting to you and please, do not hesitate to let me know if you could have any other queries or doubts. I’ll try to help with them.
In any case, many thanks for your interest in our themes!
Best,
HeyThemers Team
Hi,
Thanks for the reply. If I shut down the Ajax engine will the theme lose its overall presentation. Cause I will only put the HTML code in my blog post.
Hey there,
Disabling the AJAX engine won’t have any impact on the site’s presentation, in fact, many users when disable the engine, use to ask where the differences are, since these are very subtle, basically they have to do with how the theme load the different assets like code and images. Only the page transitions when loading the different pages will have a very small and subtle difference, but again, most of the users don’t even notice and ask for the differences.
I hope these details make sense for you, in any case, just let me know if I could help with something else.
Many thanks!
Hello! How can I add a section ID with custom fields to use a custom link in my web menu? Example: mydomine.com/#contact – Thanksssss!!!!
Hey there, Dada!
In case you want to add this kind of custom links, you can do this via Appearance > Menus > Custom Links. Here, you can add this kind of URL in order to create on page links. Also, do remind that you will need to add the custom class ‘no-ajax-link’ in order to prevent this item to be part of the AJAX behaviors. If you can’t see this field within your menu options, you can enable it from the top/right side under ‘Screen options’.
I hope it will be useful!
Un saludo desde Valencia, Spain
Hello and greetings. I just purchased your theme. Can I just find out how do I achieve the effect in the main slider under Works – Square option where the images are speeding fast in the slider. Can you show me how to achieve that effect in the theme? Thanks
Hey there!
First of all, many thanks for reaching out and using Airtifact on your project, we really appreciate it and we hope that you will find it useful!
The animation you are referring to is just an animated GIF placed within the hero content using the dedicated tool for this. This animation was made using Photoshop with the ‘Timeline’ tool. It’s super easy and you can optimize the output file as you could need. Also, you can get further optimization by using online tools like this one.
As you can see, the results are very interesting and eye-catching while using the minimal tools provided by the theme.
In case you could need any further assistance or you could have any other queries or doubts, do not hesitate to let us know by opening a support ticket in our dedicated support area.
I hope it will help you out!

Would be awesome if Airtifact would have full Woocommerce support in the future, just like Calafate, just saying
Hey there,
First of all, many thanks for your interest in our theme, we really appreciate it!
Airtifact, as you can read in the theme’s profile description, does not provide support for WooCommerce.
At this time we wanted to provide a pure portfolio experience more focused on the narrative and the features dedicated to projects and posts, taking care of these contents and simplifying the whole experience, including the updates processes.
If you are interested in a portfolio WordPress theme with support for WooCommerce with a special focus on the content and with a minimalist approach, you could check some of our other themes like Lobo or Calafate. They are doing a great job for our user community.
In case you decide to work with Airtifact and WooCommerce, you will need to implement any resource you could need in the process, related to the WooCommerce implementation. Just keep in mind that Airtifact was conceptualized as a portfolio WordPress theme and not like an e-commerce shop.
I hope it will be useful!

Hello! Love your theme! I have a pre-purchase question before I purchase. Is it possible to have the filter menu containing the categories for the portfolio run across the top of the portfolio image grid? Similar to this link https://www.pentagram.com/work . Thank you!
Hey there!
As you know, one of the best reason behind choosing WordPress to build your website is how flexible the platform and the ecosystem is. With this in mind, to provide hundred of options and tools within a single WordPress theme has been demonstrated that it is not a good approach. Creating slow websites and bad results in the middle/long term. Because of this, since Airtifact does not provide an option for this specific feature, finding a developer to bring this functionality to your dedicated website should be really easy. Even, if you need this feature, we could develop it and implement it for you for an extra cost. Since this kind of modifications are not part of the support scope included with the theme license purchase.
So please, just let me know if we could help in this sense and we can budget this task for you.
In any case, many thanks for your interest in Airtifact. We really appreciate it!

Is the journal layout is apply cable for portfolio item. it will be great for artist project listing
Hey there!
First of all, many thanks for your interest in Airtifact, we really appreciate it!
Unfortunately, bringing this component design to show portfolio items instead of blog posts is not an option available with the theme. To bring this functionality to portfolio items is possible but this would require custom work in order to make this happen.
Just let me know if you could have any other queries or doubts and I’ll gladly try to help with them.
In any case, many thanks for your interest!

Do you have an idea of custom work will cost?
As said, this could be an interesting feature to add in future update or a other theme: Text list protfolio for professional artist. Artists like CV portfolio style with date and project name. I think you have done it well for the journal layout. It, just that it for blog.
Hello. Please help me understand why the language elements are displayed. Thank you in advance. https://share.icloud.com/photos/081RhFnfdW9mvTXGyozeWsa6A PS: I use safari browser.
Hey there, Davide.
This issue could happen because of many reasons. I guess you are using some kind of translating plugin, probably one for a very specific task. In this sense, if you are trying to simply add multi-language support to your website we would encourage you to check the most popular plugins, WPML and Polylang.
I hope it will help you out!

Hello, I received the following email regarding the use of fonts in a template I purchased from you. Please instruct me how to proceed.
I’m from Hanken Design Co, the owner of the typeface(s) HK Kontrast & Orkney that you’re using on digitalnynomad.xyz.
Unfortunately, our licensing team, cannot locate an appropriate license for your company in our records. We know that font licensing can be a rather complicated matter so we are therefore here to help you ensure you have the proper license for these fonts.
If you did purchase the license via one of our distributors, we kindly ask you to provide a purchase receipt. We will then update our records accordingly.
If you do not have a valid, current active license for these fonts, we kindly ask you to purchase one, you can do so easily here: https://licenses.fontradar.com/s/O4C2G.
after my reply and sending the license I received this reply: Hello,
Thanks for getting back to us.
Unfortunately, this theme offers the font illegitimately. As you were not aware, we offer the option to remove the font and we will close this ticket.
If you wish to keep using the font a license is required. Please go here to purchase it: https://licenses.fontradar.com/s/O4C2GHey there Likinko121,
The theme does not bundle ‘HK Kontrast’ font since it is a premium font from Hanken Design. This is stated within the theme’s description:
The main font used in the demo is a SIL/Free to use font that loads by default with the theme. Both fonts used in the demo are from Hanken Design (https://hanken.co/). Grazie mille for all the support, Alfredo! In the demo, you’ll find ‘Orkney’ in body texts and ‘HK Kontrast’ for headings and display. Notice that this last stunning font is premium, and you can buy it from Hanken, here. When you’ll install the demo this typeface will be replaced by ‘Bagnard’. Of course, you have the Google Fonts Library available and the methods for you to install your own custom fonts right there in the theme dashboard tools.
We provide a link in there for you to purchase the font directly. So, if you got the font from a different source, you will need a valid license in order to fit Hanken´s licensing policies.
Regarding Orkney, this is an open-source font with a SIL license that you can find here.
Just let us know if you could have any related queries or doubts.
I hope it will be useful!

Hi there. Is Airtifact compatible with php8? Thanks
Hey there,
Airtifact is ready to work with PHP 8, but you must have into account that even WordPress is not 100% ready to work with this version.
You can search on the internet about performance comparatives between the different PHP versions running WordPress in order to make a better version choice. Maybe, you will find better performance with a different version, and also you would be avoiding issues related to the latest PHP versions.
I hope it will be useful!

Hi, I have published a portfolio item and I can view it with the link but it doesn’t appear on my portfolio page (which has no limit on displayed portfolio items). I’d appreciate help to fix this.
Hey there,
As you know, you can configure your portfolio pages to show all your portfolio items or split them based on the different categories you have. Probably, this item is not showing because of this, so I really encourage you to double-check that you are properly showing all your items in your portfolio page with the tool you have for this purpose within your portfolio page options.
Just in case that you could need any further assistance, do not hesitate to open a support ticket and we’ll try to help with it.

I know there isn’t full WooCommerce support for the theme but I did read where you commented that a simple Woocommerce install should be capable. When I install WooCommerce there are no buy buttons anywhere on the page. Is there an easy snippet fix for this? https://www.errortothethrone.com/product/error-to-the-bone/
Hey there!
First of all, many thanks for reaching out and using Airtifact on your project. We hope that you will find it useful!
As you know, Airtifact does not provide WooCommerce support, this means that all the necessary integration for this plugin is not part of the theme, so any action in this direction to integrate WooCommerce will be on your side. Since you are using some other plugins and WooCommerce has been deeply updated during the last months, we cannot guarantee any functionality for this plugin.
In the same way, we have shared in the past, I’d like to highlight that Airtifact provides a pure portfolio experience without WooCommerce integration because we focused more on the project’s narrative and extending functionalities related to this area.
I hope it will be useful!

Hello, I love the theme but have one major issue I can’t resolve. The portfolio displays on some phones as a two column grid, making the captions unreadable and the links don’t work. I use external URLs on some portfolios, but it’s very hard to get the second tap to open the link.
I would appreciate any resolution you might have. I rely on the homepage for people to be able to quickly read the excerpts of portfolio items, and they are currently unreadable on Iphone 12 Pro (the project title displays, but gets cut off, and only a few words from the excerpt display). I can’t change it to a single column because it also changes the desktop version.
Thanks so much, really love this theme otherwise.
Hello!
I’m not sure if you are using the related options for you to handle the different mobile behaviors for this interaction. Please, check this screen recording in order to better understand what I’m referring to – https://we.tl/t-Bf3GkFPlIp
With this tool, you can choose from different behaviors on mobile devices and this may help you to adjust this detail you are looking for.
Also, the way the grid will display will depend on the device size. If you are seeing your website on a very large screen, it’s possible that you will see two columns because this is the way that responsiveness work. In this way, your grid will adapt to the different screen sizes as a natural behavior in terms of responsiveness.
If the issue you are facing on has to do with your excerpts being very large and due to the size of your screen the two columns are not generating enough space for your excerpts, the easiest way to fix this specific scenario from you would require one single CSS rule to reduce the text size in order to fit the excerpt area when the grid is split in two columns only on your specific device size via CSS media queries. In this way, this change won’t affect your desktop view.
Other than this, when the grid is shown in regular devices, they should work just fine for standard mobile devices and screen sizes. In this sense, it’s important to have into account that any website/theme cannot work the same on all the devices out there in the market, so to experience differences from one devices to others is something totally normal. And of course, this is something that you notice when you are diving deeper with your own website and rarely you will find this on other website you don’t know in detail.
In case you could need further assistance to get this tweak done, do not hesitate to open a support ticket and we’ll try to help with it.
I hope it will help you out!

This doesn’t address the fact that the external links don’t function properly on mobile, across devices. If I tap to display the caption (which is unreadable because of the two column grid), the second tap still doesn’t open the URL most of the time. Sure, I will write a CSS rule to make the caption size smaller on devices, but if you look at the site on an Iphone 12 Pro or similar, it is not usable.
There should be a way to specify the breakpoint and or display single columns on mobile, and multiple columns on desktop.
Hello,
First of all, I want to highlight that I totally understand how frustrating is to find weird behaviors different from the expected ones. In this sense, I need to reinforce again all the involved details in terms of devices and screens support. Even when the theme has been deeply tested in many different scenarios, you could find small differences and very specific cases.
With this in mind, we are not having into account if you have any custom code running on your website that could change this tap behavior in some way or some third-party plugin or similar. In any case, I would kindly ask you to test this page from the demo in order to see if you find the same behavior as in your site. As far I understand, you would be using this grid configuration, right?
Regarding the number of columns, if your mobile device is within the ‘phablet’ category (iPad Mini has a 7 inches size), this could be the reason because your device is rendering two columns instead of a single one. But this has to do with how the standard responsive behaviors/breakpoints work. When you cross the boundaries from mobile to tablet, you could find tablet results instead of mobiles, something that has to do with the screen size.
Please, review these details and do let me know if they make more sense to you.
I hope it will be useful!
Best – Van

Thanks Van, I can confirm that the same behavior is displayed in your demo. When displaying the grid as two columns (on an iPhone 12 Pro) the caption is too large. It displays the project title, and the first few words of the description, but it isn’t readable. ideally this would display as a single column, as it does on other mobile devices.
I will work on the CSS rule as a solution for the caption font size on devices below approx. 1170px, but that still doesn’t fix the issue I’m having across all mobile devices (not just phablet) where external links don’t open with the second tap. Using any iPhone, I can tap to display the caption, then the second tap will occasionally open the link but only if I try repeatedly.
Thank you for your help.
Hi, my support has expired but i believe the issue im facing is a bug rather than support.
My site is https://studio2halves.com/ I just noticed that nothing happens on clicking the menus when the site is viewed from a tablet. I was able to recreate the issue from my pc when viewing the site at resolution of 1280×800 using chromes developer tools options.
Hope you could let me know what is the issue here?
regards, Pratik

Hi Van, Thanks for the reply.
I tried different browsers, different computers, empty cache. Still same problem. It happens at 1280×800 resolution. I am sharing a screen recording done on chrome on PC, to better explain this issue. When resolution set to 1280×800, I cant click on the main menu links, can only click on the sub menu links.
I can replicate the same issue on your demo site as well, Hence i belive it must be a bug instead of an error at my end that needs support.
https://streamable.com/nv28cmRegards, Pratik
Hi Just to add, the issue is not just when resolution is 1280×800, but if you see in the video, when I select the device to emulate as google’s “Nest Hub Max”. So basically when resolution is at 1280×800 and the device is a mobile device, this problem occurs. My tablet is a Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 P601. If that matters.
Hey there pratikj,
When testing a website in terms of mobile behaviors you should never do this via Chrome dev tools since this is just emulating each browser user agent and results are not accurate to reality. Also, you should have into account how responsiveness works, since it is impossible for a website to ‘respond’ to all the many different devices out there in the market, more when a resolution of 1280px gets hard to represent it as a ‘mobile device’. In fact, if you test your website in an iPad Pro, you will see different behaviors for the navigation adapting to the different screen sizes (portrait/landscape) without issues.
In this sense, the theme has been tested during the development period and later on in many different mobile and touch devices, as per example a Microsoft Surface Laptop touch screen, which is a quite edge device because of its mixed proposal. With this, I just want to highlight that responsiveness and support to very specific devices could not be so accurate in all the different cases and scenarios. In any case, we’ll try to test the theme on your particular device in order to better understand any weird behavior that could happen in there.
I hope it will help you out!
Best – Van
Hi thanks. I now understand that the emulation cannot be relied upon, but im facing that same issue on the actual device as well. So its an accurate depiction of what is happening on that device, Only sub menu links can be clicked on, not the top level. But I do understand you cannot test it on every device out there.
Ideally i would have liked the hamburger menu to be active on the device but it shows up as actual.
Anyways thanks alot for addressing the query. Lets hope that you find the issue.
regards, Pratik
Hi, cool theme! Does the black and white sea animation (the one in the “Covers” portfolio option) included in the theme? Thank you in advance!

First of all, many thanks for your interest in Airtifact, we really appreciate it!
All the contents you can see in the demo are not part of the downloadable package you get from Themeforest when you buy your theme’s license. When you install the theme via our installation wizard, you will get a copy from the demo where all the images and assets like the one you are referring to are replaced by placeholders. Just in case you would be very interested in this asset, we can tell you where you can buy the video asset via our support area, since this content is from a different marketplace and we cannot share these URLs here.

Hi guys! Have you had a look at https://airtifact.demo-heythemers.com/freelancers/ on mobile? There is something wrong with spacing etc. (tried on new iPhone with different browsers) (also if you look at it with mobile setting on desktop), would this be addressed in the next update (planning on using that page for my project)?
Hey there!
First of all, many thanks for your patience during these Christmas days, we really appreciate it!
Regarding to your query, please, have a look at this screen recording. We cannot identify any clear issue in terms of layout or similar. Just have into account that you can change the way your different columns and their related spacing work in the different responsive breakpoints, so you can play with these options in order to get a more accurate result for your needs.

The day this theme becomes more woocommerce friendly, it’ll be the best portfolio theme on Envato. We bought the theme over a year ago via another account. I’ve installed and wanted to use the theme 10-15 times for my portfolio but had to abandon it because of the lack of shop capabilities. Too much work to implement the proper woocommerce aesthetics and compatible features. I still love it, and i’m almost forced to use it because it’s so fluid and great as a designer portfolio, but no shop. It’s killing me!!!! Lol. Great theme, hopefully one day…. Woocommerce!

Hello! I would like to purchase this theme, does it comes with a block editor like WP Bakery?
Salve!
First of all, I apologize because of the delay with my reply. We are moving our office and these days are being a little bit hard to keep everything running smoothly. We really appreciate your patience in this sense!
You can use WPBakery builder if you prefer it in front of the one we developed for Airtifact. In this sense, you must know that we developed this builder in order to avoid many of the drawbacks that this kind of huge builders present (despite they are great tools, of course). It is because of this we really encourage you to give a try to our super simple and easy-to-use content manager, you can see it working on our theme’s documentation.
We did a great effort to avoid the biggest drawbacks these huge builders have. This is, you will use a very simple tool for you to add your contents instead of really complex option areas, you won’t lock your contents (‘lock-in effect‘) that forces you to use always the same builder (Visual Composer works like this), our manager generates plain HTML, our content builder is super lightweight since we are not loading hundred of elements and modules that you won’t use now nor in the future, Airtifact’s content manager doesn’t bloat your code either. We created this building method by thinking in simplicity and minimalism on the part you can view on the front-end and within the code.
I just wanted to do this short explanation in order to better communicate why we created this building solution. In any case, it’s up to you to use the one that better fits your needs and likings. In case WPBakery is the one you choose to create your content, you will need to disable the AJAX engine since this huge plugin cannot be integrated with the theme.
Please, review these details and do let me know if you could have any related doubts or query and I’ll try to help with it.
In any case, many thanks for your interest in Airtifact!

Hi Van, there seems to be an issue with the hero header / custom tag line. I thought I messed something up, but its in your own theme preview as well:
For example: check out the agency/freelance template. When I view it on my iphone 6, 7 and 11+ the typography is clipping to the top of the screen / over the logo. If you set the vertical centering to “top” it doesnt overlap the logo, but it starts clipping into the content on the bottom…
Can you explain a fix to this please? From a design / portfolio perspective this makes using the theme impossible as it leaves a very bad impression.
Looking forward to hear from you.
The same problem happens to the “tropical garden” portfolio template.
Hi there,
In the demo, we try to develop many different scenarios and presentations for your projects in order so you can get different approaches to how the different tools provided by the theme can be used.
These different proposals need to work in many different screen sizes and devices and they are just ‘demo contents’ and not ‘real/final’ world uses for these contents. This means that making to work these contents in different scenarios would require some specific actions from your side in order to solve these very specific scenarios. Since it’s almost impossible to make work hero content like the example you share related to ‘Tropical Garden’ project case to automatically fit no matter the screen size.
In a final usage, you should take action in order to make this work in small devices, since the theme cannot provide an automatic adjustment for this very specific result. So, taking this example, the actions required by your side would pass by these different approaches:
- You can adjust the copy itself in order to make sure that all the content will properly fit in every device (this copy’s example is massive in terms of size).
- You can configure the hero text to center differently and see if this helps in this regard.
- You can adjust via custom CSS the text size for some specific screen sizes. In this case, you would write via Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS:
@media screen and (max-width: 480px) { .id-xxxx .entry-hero-tagline .big-intro { font-size: 7.5vw; } }
These are different approaches to pass these very specific cases. Otherwise, there is not no other way to control this in an automatic way.
I hope it will help you out!
Best – Van
