Hello, We downloaded this theme for free over the link from themeforest about two months ago. Your theme is very nice, thank you. We wish you luck. However, we cannot send e-mails from the contact form. I installed the WP Mail SMTP plugin for this. I entered yandex mail defined user and password. However, I was not successful. Which plugin should I install as smtp? Can I get your document or suggestion on this subject? Thank you.
Hi, I’d like to purchese Aiteko template just have one doubt: will it work smoothly with translation plugins, for multilanguage websites? Do you have some recommendation here?
Hi
I realise my support has expired but this is the only issue I am facing so am hoping you can help me
I’ve created my site using your theme www.stratstoneestates.com however on mobile the side menu moves up and down and the burger button jumps back into place; any suggestions as I’ve tried a few possible solutions but they don’t seem to work.
Thank you
Hi,
We just realize that our demo have this issue too, seems js and css issue. We have send this to the dev, we will update the theme to include the fix for this issue. Update should available soon in friday or saturday
Many thanks!
Thank you for getting back to me
Your demo is fine its not moving at all; thats exactly how I need it
Hey, could you please tell me, the browser and phone you use to test? I’m testing your site with chrome in Android and seems working same as my demo, that’s why I thought the little “blink” is the poblem LOL
I’m using chrome on the samsung s7 (something old ha ha) and safari on iphone X
We have been trying to correct it ourselves and may have messed the pages up more however we have another version which hadn’t been modified since I messaged you

Have a look at that one on mobile and you will see the hamburger button move up and down
If you meant, when we scroll the page down, and up (when the url bar visible). This is happen because the sidebar is using the screen size height, so when the url bar shown, the screen is become smaller, the sidebar is reduce its height, and when we scroll (and the url bar is hidden), the screen is become taller, and again, the sidebar is correcting its size, and the hamburger always in center, so it’s always reposition after the sidebar size’s changes.
Code below might help to give a little animation to the sidebar, when the height is change..aiteko-side-handler { -webkit-transition: height .2s ease 0s; transition: height .2s ease 0s; }
I will make some tests in my testing server, if I got something, I will post it here
Cheers!
Thank you for this; I did try it however it didn’t make any difference.
Another thing which is happening which is strange is that I have only used elementor on this site and on mobile version had removed any entrance animations however when the page initially loads they are not there; but then go to another page and then go back they appear which then makes the hamburger move up and down; this only happens on mobile version which tells me that there is some sort of confliction happening
I need both of these corrected as soon as possible as we are going to be running a campaign as soon as these are done.
Is this something you can help me with; could we hire you to fix these as I know you will be the best people for the job as you created the theme
You can get me on my email jamiedunn1975@gmail.com
Thank you
