Just me trying to install the Neuron Builder, and I am already getting an error saying:
There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.
My whole website crashed because of installing the Neuron Builder.
I read the tickets, but not comfortable sharing my wp-admin.

Can you please take a look at your ticket the support agents have already responded to it, and they haven’t requested your WordPress admin credentials, so if you want to use the Akko theme, please go to the ticket and take a look at it, otherwise, we can provide you with a refund.

If you are looking for a portfolio WordPress theme, DO NOT buy this. This is a Elementor Kit, you’re the one that is building the site, you will have to re-build the entire Demo if you want something that you liked. Kind of like an Wix. Don’t waste your time, the tutorials are super long.

First of all, I am sorry for the misunderstanding. I have accepted your refund request, however, we as authors intend to build everything within the Elementor, you may ask why?
- Elementor is easy to work with and works with plenty of addons & plugins. We were one of the first authors to work with Elementor on ThemeForest.
- The theme is a lot easier to work if the things inside are not hard coded.
I don’t know exactly what you mean by “Elementor Theme Kit”, nowadays everything can be converted into one Kit.
Akko is super easy to import, and the import is not necessary, we provide full-length videos which are more in-depth to follow for beginners and our documentation for simple tips.

If you are looking for a real portfolio WordPress theme, I wouldn’t buy this theme.
I wouldn’t call this a theme. It’s an Elementor template kit, with project post types. It’s not one of the “theme” where you can import the demo and work with it…it’s close to impossible to work with…I spend little time given up.
So It should be a $25 Elementor kit, I was disappointed with it, and requested a refund a few days without any reply.

The theme has lots of features, that will allow you to make your “dream” site.
What makes the theme outstanding is the Neuron Builder plugin, which adds extra features/widgets to the Elementor Free version and makes you feel like you’re working with the Pro version of Elementor.

After you activate the theme, you have to activate the Neuron Builder plugin, you can do it by going to Dashboard > Neuron > License.
After you activate the license you can import the pre-made demo template by going to Dashboard > Neuron > Demo Importer.

We use some functions which connect directly with Envato API to see if the user made the purchase or not, we know it’s exhausting, but we’re working on something easier which would activate it directly from your dashboard.
The reason why it didn’t work is that other permissions were chosen as well, there should be only 3 and not others. (I’m sorry about this one too, it’s the Envato API that requests this)
- View and search Envato sites
- Download your purchased items
- List purchases you’ve made
