1. The booking form that is present on our demo can not be edited or changed, when it comes to adding/changing the fields.

The Albergo booking system is our own where the reservation form is integrated within the theme and the process of purchasing goes through WooCommerce where we do use their functionality for this purpose.
However, if you want to modify booking form or organize booking differently then you will need to edit our theme files.
You could remove the reservation form with help of custom CSS code.

Hello, I want to make a general question about the licence key. I have 2 websites that i want to use your theme. These websites are gonna be the same, only images and texts are gonna be different. So, i clone the first website to the second. I have bought the theme twice because every website must have different licence key, right? Where can i set the licence keys? Are they included in code of the theme?

When you purchase a WordPress theme, it’s important to note that you also receive a license for using the theme – and each installation requires a separate license. Therefore, with the Regular license you purchase with our theme, you can use the said theme only on a single website or a domain. So if you want to use the same theme on 2 domains, you should purchase 2 licenses (as you did).

You can clone the website, however, please note that each installation requires a separate license. Using theme on multiple sites without separate license would be the breach of the license terms.

Hello, I have some pre-purchase inquiries regarding your topic: The booking system is managed by woocoomerce? If so, can the plugin be used only in catalog mode, to force the client to consult internally for the reservation dates? We use front desk manager and from what I could see it is not compatible with the booking module. The other question is if there is the possibility of closing certain dates in the booking system, so that they are not available?

However if you want to modify booking form or organize booking differently then you will need to edit our theme files.
Please note that “Elated Hotel Rooms” are custom post type added by the theme and that they are different than “Products” which are WooCommerce custom post type. This means that catalog mode which can be applied to “Products” cannot be applied to “Elated Hotel Rooms”. You can alternatively try adding rooms as “Products” or hide booking form in “Elated Hotel Rooms” and add your custom contact form. The theme is compatible with Contact Form 7 plugin and you can create your contact forms using this plugin.
Reserved dates can be added in “Elated Hotel Room Settings” for each room (please see screenshot). In this section, you can check when the room is reserved and how many more rooms of this type are currently available. When a customer books a room, a new item will be automatically added to this section with all the relevant information. You can also manually add items to this section if necessary.

Hi, just to report the error. With Wordpress 5.8 and the latest version of your theme (Version 1.6.1), the Elated Hotel plugin generates a critical problem: “A PHP session was created by a call to the session_start () function. This interferes with REST API and loopback requests. The session should be closed by session_write_close () before making any HTTP requests.” I hope you will release the fix soon because without that plugin the theme is not usable…Greetings

1. Like the previous comment, can you offer a date when the theme will be updated?
2. I have bought other Qode Themes and am familiar with the theme Options and Configuration. Does this theme use the same Theme Options panel as Pitch & Startit?
3. I understand from time to time low selling themes are discontinued and hence I normally only buy licenses for higher selling themes, to avoid this risk. In this new project, the client has referenced this theme for consideration by us to use. Can you give me any insight to your plans to continue to support and update it?

1. We can’t tell exactly when it is going to be released, but our developers are working hard on preparing updates for all our themes, and we will release them one by one. We hope that update will be available soon.
2. Yes, all of our themes are built using the same model, and all their options and configurations are pretty similar.
3. There are no plans to abandon this, or any theme. We will keep supporting it indefinitely.

Is there any way to change the currency from $ without the need to install WooCommerce, as that seems overkill. We are not using the built-in booking fuctionality so the site has no need for WooCommerce. It looks like it’s hardcoded into helper-functions.php in the “eltd-hotel” plugin and there is no way to edit it in WordPress.

Please note that for our demo site, we haven’t done specific site speed optimization because the main accent was put on showing all the features and elements from the theme, as well as keeping the highest quality of the photos. There are many ways and tricks for improving WordPress site speed so-called speed optimization. A balance between size and quality is necessary. A good hosting server is also very important for the site´s performance. We always give advises to our users in support tickets when they build a site in our theme, what steps they should take in order to improve the speed. Google also offers PageSpeed Insights for detailed performance testing, though some people from the programming community say that this tool is not as accurate when it comes to analyzing and assessing website performance.

I’m sorry but you haven’t been helpful because I’m on safari and your checkout doesn’t work. I am logged in, I choose the date, I enter the room and there is only a descriptive part but it does not make me put the room in question in the cart, then the booking form in the sidebar of the same room the field where to enter your email does not even work. Excuse me because then you didn’t have installed to try woocommerce with your theme? How do I know if after the purchase the ltema will give me problems? I don’t buy a theme without making sure it works later.
