Our football team has been using your Alchemist theme for years now for our records but recently lost our domain name teamkonekt.com. We got a new domain teamkonekt.ng but cannot activate the theme as we didn’t deactivate the old domain before it expired and we didn’t plan to lose it anyway. We kindly plead for your assistance in deactivating the license so we can use it on the new site. I know my support has expired, but we can’t afford to pay support at the moment and would appreciate if you could kindly oblige us with this request.

Please note, that the license is supposed to be used for one site activation. The only exception is when you need additional activations for development purposes. For example, you have your production site and local copy where you test updates, features, implement custom solutions, etc.
I checked your license activations and all of them are for different sports e.g.
- https://www.*******.com/ftf-mma
- https://www.*******.com/football
- https://www.*******.com/crossover-basketball-league
- https://www.*******.com/3t-wrestling
- etc.
According to Envato License Terms, you are licensed to use the Item to create one single End Product for yourself or for one client (a “single application”)
An “End Product” is a website, not a domain, subdomain, or site in a subfolder. If such a website has a different content/header/footer or a different sport, then it’s a different website and will need a new license.
So, deactivated your license and left one activation by default.

Hey Dan, since moving to a new domain and hosting, everytime I want to open a player or team page in SportsPress it gets redirected to the site homepage. Any idea why this happens?

I have the theme but in the last update it stopped working on WPBakery, when I click on edit the screen turns white. If you enter the page editor, nothing appears to edit either.

This is a really nice theme. I have couple of questions:
- Does this theme fully supports SportsPress Pro and all its features only found in pro version? - In the demo for the soccer theme template, the main menu is not sticky, is the menu configurable to make it a sticky menu?

I have setup all the fields and added the information for goals, red cards, yellow cards, times the goals were scored but on the match page everything shows ok except the row with game statistics? This is showing 0 on all the information?

Thanks Dan, I no longer have support as my license expired ages ago. Surely I don’t need to pay another $50 just to get my license deactivated on another website to use on my current one? I’m a repeat customer as well with two licenses, feels abit harsh that I need to spend more money here.

I’d like clarification on your payment model. It seems that the theme’s functionality is contingent on a continuous payment. Will essential features be restricted or removed if users don’t subscribe to support? I believe it’s important for users to understand the full terms before committing.

The payment model is a one-time purchase. You get theme lifetime updates and either 6 or 12 months of support with the purchase. All functionality is available even if support period is expired.

The payment model you asked is related to the theme, not the plugin. You purchase the theme and get all bundled plugins including SportsPress free version.
SportsPress is a free plugin and can be downloaded on WordPress plugins https://wordpress.org/plugins/sportspress/
SportsPress Pro is a paid plugin which is sold separately https://www.themeboy.com/sportspress-pro/?theme=9 The Pro version of the plugin gives you additional functionality.

Hi, we have a license for this theme but the support has ended. But there is something wrong with the latest version. Everytime I login to the admin UI and want to change something I need to activate the theme. This cant be right and need to be adressed without me having to buy a new support contract

The latest theme version haven’t include any significant functionality changes except some small tweaks and styling fixes.
I’d rather recommend you to check your server environment. It might appear that something has been changed on the server side.
Even though we haven’t received any similar complaints, we’ll keep an eye on this case.

Hi, ok I have contacted the webb server hotel and they need to know what file the activation try to read to. Previously I could activate every time I wanted to do a change, but today I get a permission denied when trying, thats why they want to know. Can you assist?

Since I can activate there has to be contact with the activation server, the issue is that I have to re activate the next time I login and need to do some changes. My worries is that you will block to many activations beacuse of this, And I will not pay for an extra support period to get help with this. This thing have to work
Quick Presales: With the player profiles, Can each player profile page be only visible to a particular user account? explained: Each player will have an account where after logging in, they see their full player profile with statistics and all from their dashboard. In this case, No user can access a player profile. Meaning player ‘A’ profile page is only visible to User A when logged in, Player B profile is only visible to User B when logged in, etc…
Question 2 On the player profile page, can I add more tabs where I can put other information?
