I am hoping you can help me. My clients’ site was built by Motion (a Moldovan IT company) and when i took over managing it, i realized that i am unable to update Elementor without the site crashing. When i reached out to Motion they told me that there is a compatibility issue with the Core Theme & Elementor and advised that i get in touch with you to see if you have a patch/bug fix to resolve the ongoing issue. I have tried uploading a fresh clean latest version of Elementor but it still doesn’t work. I had to take down the site because it consistently crashing. Any chance you can revert back and assist me in resolving this critical issue? Thanks in advance for your help. Best Mike

Hi – I uploaded the latest version copy of AlicoVersion: 1.1.5 however the site still crashed with the latest Elementor. Just to note, the Case Theme Core is Version 1.0.4, Case Theme Import is 1.0.1 & Case Theme Marker is Version 1.0.0. How do i update the Case plugins to 1.1.5.
The latest version is available in full package, you can get the latest package on ThemeForest.

No, I will be creating new pages for contents, for example. my website will be about Insurance brokerage. I will add pages about auto,home,business etc when I create new page to put contents it is going to be blank page or I have ability to customize it like adding pictures and contact us form? how does it look like for new pages?
2nd question: can i use WordPress Multilingual Plugin(WPML) for this theme? I need to translate the website pages from English to 2nd language.

1. Your site will look like a demo site when importing demo data, so you can customize the pages however you want.
2. The theme is compatible with WPML or Polylang plugin.
Please when i purchase the theme, using the one click demo installation, will the pictures be included in the demo installation so that my downloaded theme will look like the live preview?

After installing your new demo home 7, all the page links open with index.php. In the backend Settings-Permalink changing the permalink structure into another variant by deleting the index.php, the pages do not open. How can we solve this problem? Thanks

You can just reset the site to blank and reinstall the demo data, so the content on your site will be lost.
I just installed this theme onto a fresh wordpress install. I am not seeing that Alico settings in the dashboard. It’s not present, as it should be.
I’ve tried the manual install of the demo data and this has failed too.
Please help me determin what’s going on so that I can resolve it.

If I remove the mega menu in navigation, mobile navigation bar is not working. Because;
var menu_offset_left = $('.ct-main-menu li.megamenu > .sub-menu').offset().left;
This line gives an error because the element “li.megamenu” is not found.
Error: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘offset’)

At very top says ”COVID-19: We’re providing a 15% credit on all personal auto policies.”. When I go to Alico theme options, to top bar it has welcome to my agency but shows the above on the site. I also do not have a Custom Layout button.
