I've bought the theme three weeks ago and received zero support from the theme authors. I've bought many products from Envato last 5-6 years and never received so poor support. Before I bought the theme I asked them if its still supported and they answered on the next day, but when I bought it I receive no answers on my emails. And for the record I bought the theme more than 3 weeks ago...

This theme looks beautiful but has a lot of kinks to iron out. I had issues since installing this theme. It has some difficulty integrating with some plugins like Yoast SEO, the slider was frustrating to setup, but the worst was how slow it made my site. It's normally pretty slow but worst when I publish a post, which is pretty much exactly what I don't want to happen. The customer service is not too bad but wasn't able to solve all the issues I was having (integrating with Yoast).

The customer support is always efficient, reliable and solves the problem. The theme works really well and my client is more than happy with it!
