I got this theme from Envato Elements but it has a lot of issues.
1. I can’t remove/edit the footer on all pages. It seems like it’s hardcoded to be there. 2. Changing the Elementor layout will delete the entire page, so you have no choice but to reload the preset so it goes back to ‘normal’. 3. The Alita Options keeps on freezing on Chrome every 10 seconds. 4. I saw in the author’s website that there’s a support forum and that other people are asking about the same issue, but I cannot access them nor post a question there myself, I can only see the title of the posts because as an Envato Elements user, I cannot verify my “purchase” of the theme.
Hi, license activation is only required for users buying the theme from ThemeForest. You got it from Envato elements, so please import the demo data with XML file that is already included in the theme package.

Hi, if you download the theme from envato element, there is no need to activate it. You’re supposed to import its demo content with xml file. What’s the error? Please send me a screenshot that might help.

I have updated the footer under the setting tab, however the settings i have updated dont show on all pages, however they show on the blog page. is there a setting somewhere to select the footer?

The footer is showing on all pages. But if I change the logo in the footer the only page that shows the new logo is the blog page. Home, about etc all still show the demo logo

Hi, How do i make the hamburger menu be on the right instead of left on mobile view.
You can go to admin > theme options > settings > custom code > custom css > add this css to make the menu button move to the right:
.templaza-header > .d-flex > div:first-child { order: 1; }
