The Allogio core options is not showing the details, only the menu. The menu items are not clickable. The drop down menu on the website is not coming up either. This happened after the Elementor upgrade which I rolled back and it is still not working. If this is a known issue can you say which Elementor version Allogio is currently compatible with.

Since yesterday (since I updated theme and theme plugins) all of my content, build with Elementor on the main page, dissapeared.
I tried to downgrade wordpress version, desactivate plugins, return to other save from Elementor History tab (in this case it just shows the loading icon and nothing happens). I don’t know what else to try.

When updating theme and bundled plugins we recommend following instructions from this article – How To Update A WordPress Theme And Plugins and we recommend updating it via FTP.
After you update the theme all of the bundled plugins with available updates should be listed in Appearance > Install Plugins. It is also important to update Alloggio Core and Qode Framework plugins to their latest versions in Appearance > Install Plugins.

Sorry, but I’m not talking about Rooms as custom post, posts I have. What doesn’t appear anymore (and that’s why it’s missing from my mane page) is the theme’s elementor widget (Rooms List for example). I have everything updated
The room as custom post type and room list element are both added by the Alloggio Core plugin and this haven’t been removed in the update. Also, please check if your purchase code is registered in Alloggio Dashboard.
You can also try to restore backup of your site and then try to update theme once more by following instructions from the article we’ve previously linked.

I’ve have everything updated, I don’t know what more to try without losing whole website. The widgets still don’t appear. Appears on list QI Addons but no room list/gallery addon.

Elementor has released a new update today (version 3.16.2). We’ve tested it on our local installation and it is working correctly with the theme. Of course, we always recommend creating a backup of your site before any major update.

Is it possible to have discounted pricing depending on the number of days booked? For example it’s cheaper each night when you book 7 nights instead of just 1, is that available? If yes can this be combined with seasonal prices too?

Thanks for taking an interest! The option to set up a discount if the customer books a certain number of days, unfortunately, doesn’t exist within the theme but you can set up a seasonal discount and the option is located here.

Hi, I need to use the HBOOK plugin to connect the site with a channel manager. But when I go to room management on HBOOK, it takes me to room management of the theme and I can’t set the HBOOK parameters. Is there a way to disable the room management of the theme? I’ve tried disabling core accommodation, but that doesn’t change anything.

The Alloggio booking system is our own where the reservation form is integrated within the theme and the process of purchasing goes through WooCommerce where we do use their functionality for this purpose.
If you want to organize the booking or a request differently then you will need to edit our theme files, and that is something that is getting outside our support scope. When it comes to 3rd party plugins, you have to understand that we didn’t and couldn’t test all plugins out there with our themes.

I have some pre-sales questions. I have looked at the description of your plugin, but I’m not sure if it fits to our scenario here. Could you help me, please? These are very specific to our situation, so don’t worry if your plugin doesn’t cover everything.
Situation: I have a project that receives people only when we have events. It is a project that has 3 hostels of different sizes and features. There are different kinds of events and, therefore, the price to visit and to sleep here are different according to each event. If someone wants to sleep here, they cannot sleep on varied dates. They will pay the price of the total event and enjoy all the perks of the event.
For example: There are 2 events in a given month. 1. The first event costs $100 to visit and $350 to sleep the 3 days of the event. 2. The second event costs $70 to visit and $600 to sleep the 7 days of the event.
We would like to know if it is possibile to do the following with your plugin:
1. Rent entire hostel, room or only beds: we have family and group options to rent not only the bed, but the entire room or the entire hostel for the event. Each with its own prices.
Something like this:
- Category: Hostel ($1500)
- Sub-category: Rooms ($1000)
—- Items: Beds ($350)
The person can rent just a bed for the duration of the event, they can rent the room for their family for the duration of the event or they can rent the entire hostel for their group for the duration of the event. They can always checkout early if they wish, but they can’t purchase fewer days than the event’s duration unless the event allow it.
For example: In an event of 10 days, you can stay 10 or 5 sequential days. There would be two options when deciding to rent the bed/room/hostel.
Something like this:
- Category: Hostel (10 days – $1500; 5 days – $900)
- Sub-category: Rooms (10 days – $1000; 5 days – $600)
—- Items: Beds (10 days – $350; 5 days – $250)
2. Sell participation tickets for those who will be here to visit. Somebody can buy the pass for only one day (whichever day they wish to participate). Possible to buy multiple passes (for example, I can only visit the place on monday, wednesday and friday).
3. Option to add items they consume here (like books, soda, etc). Point of sale, for example. Items tied to the person’s expense history.
4. Possibility to only allow purchase of fixed dates of the event like in a plan option. For example, if the event is for 3 days, somebody can’t rent a room for only 1 day. They can only buy the full plan of 3 days for X price. There can be multiple plans like standard and VIP. All options for the 3 days, but with greater or fewer perks.
5. Allow people to manage their bookings and payments.
I understand these are very specific and the plugin may not cover every aspect. If you could just inform me what can e done, I’d be very grateful. Thank you ahead of time for your time and work.

Unfortunately, these are not features of the theme.
You can check the available room settings in the screenshot 1 and screenshot 2. There is option to add extra services as shown in screenshot and “Custom Reserved Dates” – screenshot.
The booking system is our own where the reservation form is integrated within the theme and the process of purchasing goes through WooCommerce where we do use their functionality for this purpose.
However if you want to organize the booking or a request differently then you will need to edit our theme files, as there is no option to make a reservation request other than through our booking form.

Hello, I have a problem when I try to edit the widgets. When I go to the widgets menu and log in none of them open and it shows the following errors for many of the theme elements. The error is this: The “alloggio_core_separator” block was affected by errors and may not function properly. Check the developer tools for more details. As alloggio_core_separator in other lines is something else like for example: alloggio_core_weather, alloggio_core_button and many more. But the widgets never open so I can edit them. I turned off all plugins, leaving only those with the name of the theme, but the problem persists. Any advice on what to do? Thank you

The block-based widgets added in WordPress 5.8 do require a bit more demanding resources and you can see our recommendations regarding those in this article – Recommended PHP Versions And Resources And How To Set Them.
You can also navigate to Appearance > Customize > Qode Performance > Icon Packs (please see screenshot) and disable icon packs which you don’t plan on using. This should have a positive effect to the overall performance of your site.
Alternatively you can install this plugin which reverts widgets back to classic.

Hello, I only have a license key provided by our client to activate the theme. I can’t access his account to post a ticket and that’s why I’m writing here. I applied everything you wrote to me without handing over the classic mode. The problem remains. I use the latest versions of everything but the problem remains. To clarify again: when I try to edit the widgets, errors start popping up, and it seems like alloggio_core is mentioned everywhere. Hi, After nothing worked I had to install Classic Editor as much as I don’t want to go back. After I uploaded the plugin, things seemed fine. I will test further and write if there is a problem. My question is, isn’t there a way to adapt the theme and its plugins to work with the new JS and thus remove the use of the Classic Editor as well as the jQuery Migrate Helper plugin? When Classic Editor is discontinued what will we do then? Thank you

Please note that this is due to the insufficient server resources. The reason why the widgets load correctly and faster when Classic Widgets are installed is because the classic widgets are not as demanding when it comes to server resources.
The latest version of theme should work correctly without jQuery Migrate Helper plugin. Please check if you have updated the theme and its plugins to the latest version listed in change log.
You don’t need to have access to the client’s ThemeForest account to submit a ticket at our Help Center. You can register at our Help Center by following instructions from this article. When you log in at our Help Center, click on the “Submit a Request” link in header, and fill in the form as shown in screenshot. First enter your purchase code, then select the profile (in this case Edge) and then theme.

Hello, The theme and plugins have the latest updates. I keep using the Enable jQuery Migrate Helper plugin because when I turn it off the problem occurs. It shows up when I try to select the number of adults or children in the booking form. When I press the button to select the number of adults or children the number menu drops and then immediately returns. This is the reason why I use Enable jQuery Migrate Helper. Can you tell me how to fix the problem with the booking form to remove this plugin? Thank you

I purchased a second license for a new website and I was expecting that a problem occurred when I first purchased the theme 2-3 years ago would be fixed by now. Unfortunately, it still remains.
The problem is that in firexox, in some pages the loader (the flashing alloggio) keeps flashing. It actually covers the webpage that it has already downloaded (Main Home — Front Page, /summer-resort, /loading page, etc). The page that works OK is the B&B Home.
You had advise me 2 years ago (ticket # 98930) to turn off the “Wait for API” in revolution slider, but this does not fix the problem. I had fixed it by moving RS Slider away from spinner timeout (alloggio-core.js) and by setting spinner z-index: -99999 (spinner.php).
After 2 years, I would expect that you would have released an update for this matter.

Hi, this is a presale question (in fact 2, but the 2nd one is easier to answer ^^). 1 – I checked the theme with PageSpeed Insights by Google, and the mobile score is really bad : 26/100 for the B&B homepage and only 6/100 for the room single :/ In the Tourism industry, mobile speed is a serious challenge. This information is a sine qua non for me and my client to buy your template. 2 – I bought Kamperen one year ago, is Alloggio offering the same header layout with the logo in the middle place, and the 2 menus, left and right ? 1. Please note that for our demo site, we haven’t done specific site speed optimization because the main accent was put on showing all the features and elements from the theme, as well as keeping the highest quality of the photos.
There are many ways and tricks for improving WordPress site speed. A balance between size and quality is necessary. A good hosting server is also very important for the site’s performance and you can see our recommendations regarding those in this article – Recommended PHP Versions And Resources And How To Set Them.
