Great Design but very hard to customize for someone who is not a developer. I'm contacting support theme for every step I take and get a reply in 2 days. This is the first theme I couldn't customize smoothly, but also the best-designed theme.

Great theme front end looks amazing but the backend needs some work.
The biggest headache is that the theme does not support WPML meaning all custom Alloggio settings won't get translated and you need to edit the page in the language you are translating and copy the settings. This is a hotel theme so multi lang is a must. now every page you create you also need to edit the translation making the work double so long.
This is also for the rooms, if you have setup a seasonal pricing in the main language you also need to add it to the translation so if you have 5 languages this means you need to edit the room 5 times.
This is easy for people who build it but go and explain this to the customer, they won't understand it.
Second is the booking functionality, it is to complex. from managing adding seasonal pricing etc. and this is the core reason why someone wants this theme, Free booking plugins can do more.
These two improvements will make the theme so much usable. Hope you guys reading this and take it to heart.
There is no page where I can deregister the code and I cannot contact support.

You should know that you can now easily deregister your purchase code via our Help Center by following instructions from this article here.
If you are unsure about the domain where the theme was previously registered, you can enter any url (like google.com), and in the error message the correct url will be written.
You can also contact us through this email, include your purchase code in the email, and our support agents will assist you with deregistration.

Top quality theme and support
Very nice and elegant theme!
The design is beautiful and it has some great functionalities but it has several problems.
- A few bugs;
- many elements are not very customizable (for example: why can't it be an alignment for some elements like buttons, banners etc);
- and some serious compatibility issues with basically any third part plugin that you may want to use (customers need to be able to use more functions than the ones present in the theme).
It could be a very nice and well functioning theme if the team behind it would start to fix some of these issues...but it's been more than a year since their last update and in the meantime the compatibility risks just keep growing!
So I'm worried that this it'll be as good as it gets and very sorry to say that using it for my website might have been a wrong choice.
Sorry for the harsh word guys, I liked it a lot but it gave me a few big issues and I've been waiting a lot for an update that doesn't come!!

Please note that our developers are constantly working on updates for all our themes. With the next update, all the compatibilities with the latest version of plugins and WordPress will be added.
At the moment we don’t have any ETA for when the new update will come out but we hope it will be released soon and you will for sure be notified once a theme update is out.
We located all your requests and we can see that our agents always assist you and point you in the right direction where you can change something. When it comes to 3rd party plugins, you have to understand that we didn't and couldn't test all plugins out there with our themes. Of course, some compatibility issues might occur once in a while and there's nothing we can do about that. The official plugins we provided bundled inside our theme are the ones that are tested several times before the theme was launched and we guarantee their functionality.

At first it all seems very nice, but in the end the template is not versatile at all, you cannot select prices by days, the calendar is merely numerical, it does not include weekends, so prices can only be set by seasons.
Offers with woocomerce coupons cannot be used, since the rooms are not within the woocomerce categories, so it does not identify the products.
Not very useful for the management of reservations in short

Room prices can be set per night and there is also an option to set seasonal prices (please see screenshot) and more detailed overview of theme's options is covered in the documentation here. We understand that this might not suit your needs perfectly, however, adding new reservation features is not covered by the support unfortunately.
We have tested WooCommerce coupons on our local installation and they are working correctly as shown in screenshot. If you dont expert, dont buy it its very hard to customize it! Customer support takes 24-48 hours to respond.

Very nice and flexible theme.
Good design is the main aspect of that themes. Support is late to reply but they reply. I think need to improve customizing capability. I hope that themes will improve the code day by day.
This theme is fantastic and so easy to use! So far there have been zero bugs (so rare) and it's fully customizable. Beautiful design too. I am super happy with it.
it is a fine theme, but hard to personalize to use third party apps for bookings. Had to write my own form and most of the "theme functionalities" would not work with it.
