Hi, i know this isnt the place to submit a ticket, but on your support site, i couldnt find anywhere where i could leave one, or even get in touch. So here we go.
On mobile, when scrolling down, there is a big black bar at the top scrolling down with the page. I think its menu related and has to do with the sticky settings. But i am not sure. Can you please let me how to fix this? I want to send a screenshot and my details, but i dont now where to do this since i couldnt find it anywhere on your support page….

Hello, Pre-purchase question:
In the menu at the top right corner (three lines) has featured posts added. Does this theme allow me to add whatever I want? I’m looking to add all the menu links, image and other things like a social media link section. Is this possible or is it a standard featured posts section?
If this is possible, does the menu stretch like a square rather than a rectangle thats vertical? I can send a screenshot of what I’m trying to find to better explain what I’m trying to do.

Thanks for taking an interest! We did not get your screenshot unfortunately, however we assume you refer to the Side Area . This i handled in the Widget Area and you can add image, social links or navigation menu to it for sure.

Hi, i like this theme and i would like to buy it. But before i do, i have a few questions.
In the menu that pops down when you scroll over it, there is a background that shows up. Can this be removed?
Also about the menu, can there be a mega menu?
The slider in the first demo “Catwalk”, and the the version “Regular Header”, almost at the end, can it be boxed, so that it fits within the margins of the rest of the page? (this is for the desktop view)
The Instagram feed just above the footer, can this be removed?

1. Yes, this can be removed.
2. We do have our options where you can create your mega menu. Please check our article about it here.
3. You can choose your header layout in the theme options.
2. Instagram feed could be removed for sure, you can rearrange, add or remove any element on the page.

I’ve been looking for weeks how to customize the background on the menu item when it scrolls down. I still see the black marble image that I want to change, would you please mind help me ? I have found no answers neither in the comments nor in the documentation theme… :cry:

You can adjust the image by adding this css code to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS
.eltd-drop-down .narrow .second .inner ul li ul, .eltd-drop-down .second .inner>ul, li.narrow .second .inner ul {
background-image: url(/wp-content/themes/allure/assets/img/dropdown-back.jpg);
}Simply upload your own image to the path that you see in the image and replace it with your own. When you replace the image with your own you can either name it as it is named here “dropdown-back.jpg” or change the css code and replace the ilink with your own name of the image.

Hello, can you update your site to work with woocommerce 4.0.1, and latest wordpress, i’ll buy then. At the moment it isn’t compatible beyond woocommerce 3.2.6 or you get a white screen. My friend has this script, he doesn’t need woocommerce, but I do, I tested it with all the woocommerce plugins and all made the site return a white screen, debug on but showing no errors, the only version i could get it to work with was 3.2.6. I really want to buy this theme and support future development, but for the advertised price it isn’t worth it as its out of date now and doesn’t work with latest plugins, i’d of thought it would be updated more than it has, its a good theme but if its not compatible with latest woocommerce then its not an option for me, I can’t use woocommerce 3.2.6 as i need to use the woocommerce admin plugin as well which doesn’t work with the WC version 3.2.6

As you can see on the theme’s page, Allure is a beauty and fashion blogging theme and it was designed with fashion bloggers in mind. This means that it does not come with WooCommerce or shop pages ready.
However, all our themes are compatible with WooCommerce and may be used in that regard as well.

With that being said, we can help you with installing and activating WooComerce, and the pages are generated using WooCommerce product list shortcodes that get populated when you create products.

1. Yes, of course. You can choose between full width and in-grid page templates.
2. Every color you see in our theme can be changed either from theme options or from the element options themselves.
3. Yes, we included more than 800+ Google Fonts that you can choose from.
4. There’re no restrictions. Our theme already has registered all labels within POT file, so all you have to do is to install one of the compatible translating plugins and start translating your content.
