Hi, I bought this theme (ALmera) over 2 years ago V1.0.9 and now it has stopped working. I go into admin and it says the theme is installed but there are no trace of the theme functions. No one has edited anythins since it was setup. Am I missing something? Regards, Nigel.

You are using an outdated theme version so the first suggestion is to update the theme and theme plugins to the latest version. Most likely you are using an outdated theme version so please make sure to update the theme and theme plugins to the latest version, and then in your google map shortcode the api key field should appear which you need to fill in with the appropriate key and it should working fine. But it appear as message of theme when I try to save theme option: bought maby themes from themeforest, all installed without this kind of problems on the same hosting, so I don’t think it’s my fault.

i need a photo proofing system in order to the client choose the photos. can u implement? is it possible to put audio/music while client navigate the photos? is possible to translate easily all to portuguese? how?

Hi there,

Thank you for your interest in our theme. In regards to your first inquiry we are not able to implement this feature you are seeking since due to original idea and design the theme was not developed for this purpose and implementing this feature requires custom work and unfortunately due to our policy we do not provide any customization services. As for adding audio to the website we might implement this feature within future theme updates. In regards to the translation inquiry the theme is translation ready, it comes with the PO files which could be translated easily to any language with the help of translation plugins like LocoTranslate or any other suitable one.

I have a question How to Remove Write Access from web.config file.

I changed the permalinks on my Wordpress site and now it’s saying “Permalink structure updated. Remove write access on web.config file now!” which I need to do because the website isn’t working for permalinks now. I understand I can’t change Write Access through FTP because it’s a Windows Server, Any help would be great, thanks!

Hi Jack, I used this template 2 years ago on WP 4.1.13, version 1.1.4. Now the customer finally agreed to do the maintenance ;). Can I update to your latest version without problems, or would you recommend to update gradually, first to an older version? thanks in advance for your answer.

Hi there, I installed the latest update for the theme on my clients website and now the whole menu is very strange with additional menu items up the top and the word “menu” right in the middle of the page and it seems to have added some sort of mobile menu on top the regular navigation menu, it looks dreadful and my client is freaking out. I need some assistants urgently, I have already left a support ticket, but not heard back, please advise, thank you. I am not the only one with this problem, other people on the support forum have advised their website has the same problem after installing the latest update, this should not be happening. Thanks.

I discovered that in Google Chrome the theme is not compatible, in Firefox and Explorer it is ok, hoping that someone will come back to me soon with a work around for this major issue, otherwise I will have to speak to the client about uploading a different theme. Hello,

We are using 2 languages(HU, EN) on our site. Is it possible to display different images in the different languages? For example, i would like to display a hungarian flag image as a porfolio image in HU language, and english flag image as a portfolio image in EN language.

The theme itself does have such feature you are seeking. You can add the multilingual feature with the help WPML plugin and this plugin might have this functionality you are seeking but you would need to double check on it. hallo, i have two questions: 1 – after the last theme update in the homepage under the main menu appears a menu like a mobile menu and I can’t move it out. 2 – I have some galleries in multiple pages but when I see images in the slideshow the last image of the page came back at the first of that page and doesn’t go to the image of the next page. thanks.
