Hello! I have just bought the theme and I’m installing it on a staging area created with the WP STAGING PRO plugin.
But importing the demo content, the installation deletes all the existing pages (I would need TO ADD the demo pages to the existing ones).
Moreover, the site does not recognize that it is in staging area and deactivates the staging plugin. Even reactivating it, there is no way to view that you are in staging. How can i solve these problems?

The theme will not install properly. It keeps giving me error messages every step of the way, beginning when I attempt to activate it and install the required plugins. I would like a refund as soon as possible.

Hi, I installed the demo to my site but it removed all my previous pages and all my media. How can I fix this? Why is there not a demo option like other themes that allows you to import pages without wiping an entire site’s content. This is counterproductive and just ruined my site.

We require help regarding the license of this theme. We have bought the theme on 09 Jan’23 and used it on the staging website for development and when it is pushed to production we require to update the license key again to keep the files updated as the prompt is shown.

the website is https://ibva.it/ and it is registred with a valide keylicense. This theme and the license was installed by the previous webmaster, I think that he purchased with its Envato account. Purchase code can be provided.

Now I’m the new webmaster, I need to upgrade the theme, before in staging site in a subfolder, and then in production site. I don’t find how to upgrade Alone theme inside PW dashboard but I need to upgrade to 7.x version, because I have to redesign the site, totally, and use Elementor Plugin and the new demo you created.

How can I upgrade the theme now and for the future.
