Alyoum should update, custumers don't pay just for a presented virsion , but for more upcoming features!!.

We are sorry ceotnc, but we didn't promise any features to be released in an update and specially for a one time fees. From economical point of view, these features cost time and money to develop. With one time fees business model, we cannot sustain features release for a long time.

If you are looking for a certain feature, we can work together as custom paid job to match your requirements.

However, the theme is getting updates for bug fixes and security and compatibility

Dear, Your support package is expired and we already told you that. it doesn't matter if you used the product in the support period or not. We continue to work on our product and thats why we require recurring support fees for continuity.

I used the theme for almost 3 years. It was a decent option for 2013 but now I see myself forced to get a new theme.

There were a lot of bugs, including the menu which not worked on mobile version and now the functionality is quite confusing for visitors.

The main reason is that the theme seems to be less and less mobile friendly and updates are coming very hard - 6 months since the last update.

It would have been a nice theme if the support would have put enough effort into developing and constant updates, since everything evolves - and 50% + of my visitors are mobile.

I'm from the first's buyers of this theme, from day 1 I discovered that the theme full of bugs and the code not written will, that lead to many problems and incompatibility issues with plugins and hosting server, I told my self that the developer need time to improve it, but after several years it's still has the same problems, and the developer don't give any help or listen to the buyers, all he was looking for is to collect money from buying support.

I don't recommand to buy it

The design is great and the team really helpful ! Everytime I needed help for customization, plugins problems, or anything else. They answer really fast and do everything so that your website works great. Ahmed even gave me code line to be able to add a picture in the header of my website, which really helped me.
