This is becoming too much work. I bought this theme to make things simpler. You tell me to send messages to your forum yet you ignore me when I do. You’re asking for more money so I can customise features that should already be customisable in the theme as a standard. I’m going to have to request a refund.

If your issue is simple and quick, then we will still not charge you. If you have alot of requests and takes time to edit, you will need to pay an additional cost. And of course we always offer discounts to customers who are using our theme. But you need to send a more detailed request to us via email. Note that when you want to change the style, you need to describe in detail the parts you want to change. Hope you understand

I’m sorry but there’s too many inconsistencies. For example the header on the category pages is different to my homepage. And it won’t let me change this so I have your logos on my category pages. On top of this custom CSS won’t work. Also the colour of the basket on my homepage is glitching and is a different colour to the account log in bit. I’ve waited too long for you to sort my problems. This product is poor I think I should get my refund.

If you only want to change the font size font for the title or color for the icon cart. You can send your desired icon color, font site font to us. We can provide quick and free support because the command line is simple and not time-consuming. Regarding the different headers between the home page and the category page, please check the Header page settings in the theme option and In the home page editing area. it doesn’t let you change the header for the product categories do you even know your own theme? Also you haven’t addressed the fact it will not allow me to use custom CSS.

And I didn’t say I wanted to change the colour of the cart I said the colour is glitching.

Your theme doesn’t work. Your support is slow and inadequate quit wasting my time and give my money back like I asked. I’m tired of this.

Header for the product categories is an advanced feature so you need to use a custom service if you want to update this feature. Problem adding custom css code. We have lots of ways to help you add your css code. You can read the details here http://demo.7uptheme.com/guide/geschaft/#custom-style. Adding css code, you need to control the code you have added so that there is no conflicting css problem

So you’re telling me I paid $146.75 to have your logo on my product category pages? What sort of silliness is this? the menu should be the same on all pages as with other themes. My cart is glitching out so the colour is dark while the account sign in bit is light.

Perhaps you’re wrong, we don’t accept any money from you other than our product price of $110, although we only receive about 50% of the value from envato, according to our policy($45 to $60). Your demo is using the default title for the category page http://prntscr.com/p43n80 (Scheme Options) and Title 2 for the homepage http://prntscr.com/p43nmi(Edit Home 2 ). As we talked about the header / footer feature. We support a separate header option for the homepage, and you can make simple choices to edit the home page or leave it blank to return the value of Theme Options.

Perhaps you’re that incompetent you don’t have a clue what’s going on. I don’t care what you receive I’m talking about what I paid. I can’t even add custom CSS. Also the basket colour on the homepage is glitching as I’ve mentioned multiple times. I’m really not that hard to please but you see this response time and lack of understanding is really starting to urk me. You are holding up the launch of my business. But you don’t care you just keep dragging me along. I’ve held back from giving you a bad review but if this continues you will get the review from hell.

How do I reduce the spacing between lines on the mega menu? So I can fit more items on the menu. Also the way the mega menu pops up is extremely untidy it should meet the bottom of the main menu items not overlap it. Also why do you always take like two days to respond?

It won’t let me reply to your message on your forum. My server provider told me “the execution time they require s a minimum is quite a lot – it’s 6000 seconds, and the server can handle 120 seconds” its also becoming quite a hassle communicating with you. If this continues I’m going to have to request a refund. I didn’t pay all that money for this.

I’m having a lot of problems with this theme you need to help me out here. I’m sick of wasting time on it.

if i don’t start receiving the help required in the next few days I’ll be requesting a refund I didn’t pay all that money for this.

I can’t edit the homepages with wpbakery and certain colours on the page won’t change. There’s also no option to use my company logo.

If we aren’t well on our way to sorting these problems by the end of tomorrow I’m going to request a refund.
