Hey there, and thank you for your purchase. Google will automatically index your page as AMP after a few days / weeks depending on the speed of their AMP crawler. As for the ads, we’ve never added ads to AMP, but you can find out more about them on Google’s Support Page and also on the AMP Project Page, specifically the sidebar chapters. Cheers!
