Hi Guys,
I bought this theme, but I'm stuck somewhere quiet simple...

I would love to be able to do a call to action with a border (similar to the button) into the menu around the "booking" section like https://chezjune.fr.

HOW CAN I DO THIS PLEASE? :)

Also, I would love to be able to increase the logotype in the center of the menu, is that any available option to do this? or do I have to drop a css code somewhere?

which code will the best to increase the size? ​ and where do I have to drop this one :) ?

for Bugs

I have had nothing but problems with this theme, especially WPBakery/Visual Composer, and updates have caused even more issues. I do not feel I should have to pay more money for support to fix simple things that SHOULD be working. For instance, the button customization DOES NOT WORK. It does not matter what colors you enter, the buttons will be the same as the main page color and you can not change the hover color from the bright orange you see in the demo. I would appreciate a fix for this issue as it clashes terribly with my sites overall look.

In latest theme update, we included latest version of WPbakery page builder where everything is working fine. We will of course investigate and help you to resolve issue you are facing off on your installation since we didn't have any complaint like this before.

I purchased this template specifically for the online store.

There have been so many bugs with this theme that it boggles the mind. First WP Bakery doesn't work, and then an update to the theme completely destroys what I was working on and doesn't work with the included pluggins. The customer service is slow, and so I end up having to spend more time and money fixing things myself. Overall the worst theme experience I've had dealing with a Themeforest purchase.

I wouldn't suggest downloading this theme.

We located the only support request from you #1951176 however this one was only related to WPBakery and it's update.

It's important to note that bundled plugins don't require any activation and they'll work for you regardless of that. When a plugin is updated, the theme author will include the latest version of the bundled plugin with their next theme update. So you can easily update the bundled plugin when you next update your theme.

We believe our agent also explained this and provided you with the latest WPBakery version.

The other thing you mentioned in your thread is demo import. We'd very much like to help you with that, if you could provide our agent with your login access. Thank you in advance.

Lastly, your support period is currently active and you're eligible to get help from our professional support staff, therefore you don't need to spend any additional funds to get up and running with Anahata.

A super nice theme but went through some issues. The customer care is super awesome and they always get back and even fix issues! I cannot recommend this team enough! I will definitely be buying more products from your company.

Why is there no VC 5.6 update?

Also theme update broke my website styling. (suddenly background-color was missing, headlines were to big, maybe the changed class names or something)

Add in the occasional bugs I encountered while working with the theme.

I fought this theme tooth and nail from the beginning. If you are considering a purchase, please know that the WPBakery/Visual Composer remains in the backend -- and you need to figure out that you need to edit the code to activate the front end -- but uh oh, now doing THAT can activate a whole lot of bugs. So basically, when you modify the theme to do what it claims to do, it actually doesn't work at all. I was unable to edit the Menu. I was unable to even create a new page! Overall, this theme was a waste of money, and I will never get back the time I invested on fighting this theme to get it to function.

I will happily change my review, and sing praises, if the authors can provide a product that works.

To say something, this theme is great, I have a lot of problems that I don’t know, and I’ve helped me solve them one by one, thank you very much.

On the good side about this theme I can say that it has a beautiful design; many options and elements to choose from. The customer support is quick to respond and very supportive; on the downside the installation of the demo content is a bit hard, I hope the team behind this can work it and send us a new updated version with the fixed bugs and a new way to import demo content in a more efficient way.

for Customizability

Looks great on demo but just way too hard to set up. We've spent a whole day just trying to create the home page, but it seems impossible. There is no tutorial for including the elements, so I can't make my site even look similar to the demo. Definitely don't worth if you are not a pro. Now we have to hire a web designer to make this theme happen on my site. Very frustrated because they make seem so easy and beautiful to use and customize but the reality is very very different, there is no usability for ANY part of the process. I just have a logo on my site right now, after all day long trying to set it up. Devastated. If I could have my money back I would do it.

Customer support gives zero support
takes forever to answer
lots of bugs that are not fixed , we keep asking for the menu bug to be fixed , they just keep bouncing us around and asking to submit tickets , we did ...and the problem is not resolve , very dissatisfied, we are so fed up! this is since the very first time we installed this theme...the problem is stil there , months later ,and nobody is even trying to help is get this issue fixed!!

We managed to find your ticket on our support forum, and as we could see average time on response on your ticket is 21 hour. Our agent asked for temporary access in order to investigate and check mentioned issue on your installation, but we were not able to login on your website at all. The uploading of demo content is the worst process i've used with a theme. Doesn't work properly. Menu gets repeated 10 times over. Messy theme

It's clear that PHP resources on your server don't meet basic standard requirements for demo import, as described here https://mikado.ticksy.com/article/10511/ It would be best to increase these values with your hosting provider and try demo import again.

Duplicated menu items appear after multiple unsuccessful demo import processes and it's described as the last step in this article https://mikado.ticksy.com/article/12620/ However, once we tried to remove extra menu items on your behalf, we had to input some additional credentials, that you didn't provide https://www.screencast.com/t/C5QlG7PH9

So, please, get back to our support agent with correct PHP resource values & permission to wipe everything and perform a clean demo import. Thank you.
